Omg!!! Thanks a looot! This was super helpful! I'm building all my characters and this was of so much help!!!! Also your advice of using the same template for same weapon users just adjusting the builds slightly really helps! I LOVE your videos, you're truly the best! Thanks a lot!!!!
Dood great video as always, still loving the build videos. I’m honestly surprised to not see Azura as your spear user. I immediately switched to her after I saw your build and haven’t looked back.
I wanted to fit Azura in this video, but unfortunately I haven't had the time to farm all the weapon attributes I'd consider "ideal" for her. It'd probably be similar to Ryoma's...
Nn Li she was actually the first one I had hit 720. I don’t even have it for Camila or my previous main Lucina. I love these upgrades. Can’t wait for next dlc.
Cool and nice helpful vid, would have to come back and pause to copy these builds, and as for other builds/characters you could just post screenshots as in imgur album or make a text post somewhere if that saves you some time, and take your time to explain each character as it's own vid if need/want to.
Great video. Ceada's one of my favorite characters. The Statflip and Topsy Turvy combo on her is incredible. I'm glad to see someone using it on her. I've saving that for Cordelia in the future since I went for a speed build on Ceada. She has incredible speed so her awakening last long, her mobility is amazing so she can quickly run to targets without worrying about running out of meter, and she can easily hit several units at once to builds awakening super fast when fighting against swords. I'm running Awakening, Speed +10, Luna, Lethality, Luck +20, and Live to Serve with Triangle + on her weapon since once she awakens she has weapon advantage against all and Awakening Gift. I'm actually really fond of speed builds, and I don't see it as an option explored much. For instance on Niles I'm running Awakening, Quick Wit, Lone Wolf, Tample, Astra, and Live to Serve (I like the self healing tech on my staff users) with Triangle +, Awakening Gift, and Critical Focus. With those he puts Tiki to shame with staying in awakening is incredibly powerful. I'd like to know what you think about the viability of speed builds.
That's an interesting idea. I've been so wrapped in in high SKL/LCK builds that I haven't really considered the idea of a high speed build, especially now that the level caps have been raised.
I'm hoping to find two more swords with the Critical Focus Skill so that I can add those to both Lianna and Rowan's unique weapons especially with how easy it is to get the stun gauge active on enemies when playing as them. I did give Lianna Stat Flip and Topsy-Turvy while with Rowan I gave Stat Flip since I noticed his defence stat is slightly higher than his regular strength stat. These videos of yours are great to watch and I got some nice helpful tips from them :)
Great vid as usual. My personal favorites are Lyn (how could I possibly like edgy lord better than Lyn?), Camilla/Minerva, Azura (her combo 5 and 6 are insane), Anna (with her luck stat+lethality+Luna), Linde, Leo and Xander.
Anna's a personal favourite of mine ^^ I really enjoy that this game allows a more even playing field for the entire roster, without needing to nerf anything!
Love the early morning vids! Any tips for what kind of order to do things when preparing for the end game? I feel kind of aimless with this. Right now I'm just farming supports (working on maxing all supportwith a single unit before moving on, just to make sure i have the 'standard' 6-7 skills ready for everyone in case I run into restricted maps) with before moving on to the DLC history maps and working towards unlocking more units unique weapons and opus weapons. At what point should I be working towards weapon builds?
You're doing the right thing by getting as many supports as you can! When it comes to when you focus on weapon builds, I would actually recommend not thinking about unique weapons and just focus on your favourite's Brave Weapons so that you can earn the Weapon Scrolls. Once the weapons are 240MT, you can start thinking about weapon builds based on what worked for you and the Brave Weapons.
Very much appreciated! Feels good just to have confirmation my thinking made sense. Farming supports = more skills + unit materials for upgrading, focusing on the heroes I enjoy first, which will allow me to work towards Brave weapons and weapon scrolls, which will then help me work towards Opus'. I also have to say, while it IS time consuming I very much appreciate the level of grind in this game. Progress is constant and tangible, and there's many options if you want to mix it up too (Need gold? Do Gold Rush instead of Stage 14. Bored of 14? Do stage 20 for character mats too, etc)
Gonna add my opinion a bit late here, but I think that dodge cancelling is pretty useful yet a little overrated in some cases. The reason why I think this is because depending on how long it takes to break the white stun gauge, the opponent has a chance to recover, causing the gauge to disappear if you only use weak attacks in a loop with no launching. That said, many characters have combos that can be used to launch the target in the air. Once you reveal the stun gauge and you launch them in the air, the target cannot recover until they hit the ground. I think that critical hits and rushes are a main attack method in this game, so they tend to be the the go-to method for damage a lot of the time.
Really for every single character you only get 5 character boost crests since Astra is a must if you want to get those sweet, sweet S-Ranks in History Mode.
I saw in one of your later videos that you were using a Galeforce build for Camilla. Does that generalise to other characters? It seems like exploiting Awakening to get Lethality crits should actually be optimal for damage.
Hey Nn Li how do you feel about olivia from awakening being a fighter(personally i love it now i can use my desired azura and olivia combo or "extra move" pair)
I still can’t make the most of Armor Strike. It feels like the armor of my enemies don’t break that often, but you can be sure that mine will break very quickly. Especially when i switch between 2 characters, 50% of the time my armor will break in the next half second, this is very frustrating...
Lehulk if you give your characters Pass, you'll be protected from armor breaks when you're just walking around. Armored Blow does the same thing while you're attacking. Sometimes you get really unlucky if you mistime a dodge or there are just too many captains around.
nice editing, cool vid and thanks for sharing your thoughts - keep that good work up :D my absolute favorite combo to use, are Lyn and Cordelia, soo much fun :D Are you considering to get Hyrule Warriors remaster? If yes, i would loooooove to see and hear your thoughts on builds and stuff ya know :D
I've devoted tons of hours on the original Hyrule Warriors, and since I missed out on the 3DS version I'm super excited to pick up the remaster! Expect some more Musou headed for this channel! ^^
For me, I just did a bunch of Lv.100+ maps with Camilla + Paragon Skill + Elite Blessing. If I want to get someone else to 130 (because they're my favourite, for example), I just pump all the gold into the training ground. For maps, I recommend constantly speeding through the Aura Opus "Pincer Escape" with Camilla/Minerva. I find it more time efficient than doing the Lv.100+ Timed Onslaughts repeatedly, but that's just me.
A couple questions; Why do you put Fury Builder on Ryoma? Fury builder increases your damage with more and more KOs, which clearly makes it great for characters like Camila and Miverva that rack up the knockouts like crazy. But Ryoma seems more like a boss shredder. Great in 1 on 1 strong units, but poor when it comes to aoe. Also, if armor break only increases damage after a critical hit when a target's armor is broken, does it lose effectiveness when you have high level optimized characters that kill everything with a single critical? It seems like by the time it would be useful, most enemies would already be dead.
I'm a very lazy person with a single-track mind, and that mirrors the skills I use on weapons :P Fury Builder gives more damage for having higher KOs, and since I'm always aiming for high KO counts anyway, the extra damage is welcome (Ryoma's Strong IV, while not a gamebreaker, is still useful for clearing crowds if you can aim the shockwave) You make a good point with Armorstrike: if you mainly oneshot enemies after a crit, it doesn't matter whether or not you break it. However, there will still be times where the Lethality doesn't proc and the opponent is left with some HP. In these scenarios, it's more time efficient to break the armor of a tankier boss and then finish them off with a few running strong attacks/regular attack combos. It's probably because I've had more than my fair share of fighting captains that take 5 critical strikes to defeat...I don't want to go through that again lol
Nn Li; want the remaster for HW as well, but I already have the Wii U and 3DS versions... I don't want to deal with unlocking everything for a THIRD time... so it's up in the air atm (then again, I don't have a switch and I play the 3DS version of FEWarriors)
It only affects infantry units (I believe it's a 10% extra damage boost). Seeing how the majority of enemies are infantry-type units, I find myself putting it on everyone.
Oh, I always assumed it only did more damage to the little dudes and I've been avoiding the skill this whole time. I'll give it a try, thanks for the info!
Slavin Ragnavoire i agree but i can't wait for olivia i wanna do an azura and olivia pair up and see how much songstress and dancer destruction i can dish out.
Don’t mean to be a Debbie downer at all but I’ve found myself getting a bit bored of this game. I did 90% of the first like 4-5 history maps and it just starts feeling very repetitive. I played the crap out of Hyrule Warriors and that game seemed to have more variety to me in terms of objectives and maps even. Am I missing something? Normally I can sink tons of time into warriors games. Maybe I need to give it a break and come back later.
Dude, you’re really rockin’ these morning videos! Lol
I always schedule my uploads :P
But this particular video was made just last night! Hot and fresh off the press!
Omg!!! Thanks a looot! This was super helpful! I'm building all my characters and this was of so much help!!!! Also your advice of using the same template for same weapon users just adjusting the builds slightly really helps! I LOVE your videos, you're truly the best! Thanks a lot!!!!
Glad to help! ^^
I love when i have vids to watch in the morning

That's a fantastic idea! I'll definitely set up an album when I get the time. The Screenshot function of the Switch is invaluable...

Xander is the gift that keeps on giving
My top 5 include Robin, Lyn, Xander, Lissa, and Sakura.
Honestly I find myself doing the same thing and adding Rainstorm on every unique weapon or at least the characters I'm going to be using the most
Great vid as usual. My personal favorites are Lyn (how could I possibly like edgy lord better than Lyn?), Camilla/Minerva, Azura (her combo 5 and 6 are insane), Anna (with her luck stat+lethality+Luna), Linde, Leo and Xander.

Jiggle Lord > Edge Lord
Personally, my best character to use is Celica! I love the build I use on her!
Want to share your build?

"Canceling auto attacks" some xenoblade slipping in there haha

I just built Lyn but Navarre looks really tempting should I do both
My top 5 characters are Chrom, Camilla, Caeda, Lyn, and Azura.

wuhu \o/
can you do a video were you show every character build in the game
Nn Li, replace armor strike for strong 6 for Lyn/ Navare to remove risk
Love your vids. Any advice on where to grind for lvl 130 ?

so i got rowans opus from the knorda market map and i added new attributes and hes still not that strong what do i do
if i use skill like luck +20 and skill +10 will i have an increase in the status of my characters?
I love this game more than Hyrule Warriors for some reason haha. I've spent about 100 hours on it now
I feel the same way. Although, when Hyrule Warriors Remaster comes out, I might have to drop down another hundred hours :P
Nn Li It'll be my second time purchasing it so I may not spend as much as my first one but if there's new content, then I'll definitely will haha
Nn Li; want the remaster for HW as well, but I already have the Wii U and 3DS versions... I don't want to deal with unlocking everything for a THIRD time... so it's up in the air atm (then again, I don't have a switch and I play the 3DS version of FEWarriors)
Good weapons you got there ;)
Waifuism > Optimization
Favouritism > Tiers ^^
Any advice when it comes to tome users?
I'm a bit confused as to how Trample works, does it affect only the small guys or does it affect captains as well? What makes it such a good skill?
It only affects infantry units (I believe it's a 10% extra damage boost). Seeing how the majority of enemies are infantry-type units, I find myself putting it on everyone.
Oh, I always assumed it only did more damage to the little dudes and I've been avoiding the skill this whole time. I'll give it a try, thanks for the info!
Is Divine Favor obtainable without DLC?
What would be the best way to gain a lot of gold fast.
how do you get topsy turvy i really need it for celica and lianna
How do you raise the number to 720
💙
Do u still play this game or no
How do i get these attributes?
Tis is a time killer game.
Selling all of your weapons. Otherwise, doing good rush is the best way to my knowledge.
Taltos246 I think you replied to the wrong comment... lmaooo
imo
Azura is the best characters in this game
🤣
Slavin Ragnavoire i agree but i can't wait for olivia i wanna do an azura and olivia pair up and see how much songstress and dancer destruction i can dish out.

I can relate. After a while it feels like the game is just a bunch of Strong 1 Camilla smash over and over.
Yeah :-o mmm Wonder if future DLC will add new maps...
How many kills on a weapon is the pair up + weapon skill?
5000
First????
