What I like most about your videos is not only the information you provide, but also the respect you show to other people's game plays. Like, I've been watching many other gamer videos and yours have been the most humble so far, never talking bad about a character just because you don't like it and always making a point that it is fine to play however you want as long as you have fun. That's what makes me stick to your channel and get excited whenever I see a new FE:W video! So thanks for being so positive here :)
I don't think you give Luna enough credit. The defence decrease depends on where you check, but currently, the consensus is that Luna increases damage taken by about 1% per 4 luck (IE 0.25%). Using Frederick as the base, whom only has a measly 42 luck, this gives a damage increase of 10.5%. **This is especially important due to how damage in Warriors is calculated**. Damage Dealt = (Atk + Weapon mt) x (Sum of damage bonuses) / (Enemy Def/Res). Frederick has a max of 100 strength at level 99. I think a 5* brave axe has a mt of 240? Sum of damage bonuses is stuff like skills, weapon attributes, and weapon triangle advantage. For now, let's calculate. Frederick's damage = (340)/(Enemy defence [Let's use a value of 42, Lissa's max defence[) = 8.1 damage per hit, without Luna. With Luna, it becomes (340)x(10.5%)/(42) = 8.9 damage per hit. Yes, this is a bit of a measly increase, but Frederick has the lowest luck of the game, and doesn't account for every other boost that can be given to him. Next to that is also Luck +20 vs Strength/Magic +10. using the former formula (340+10)x(10.5%)/(42)= 9.21. Using Luck +20 instead is 340x(10.5% + 5%[1.155])/42 = 9.35. Thus, there's a higher damage increase using Luna and Luck+20, than strength/magic +10. Also keep in mind I'm using Frederick, whom has the worst luck in the game. This effect is enhanced significantly when you use higher luck characters, eg Marth, Caeda and Anna. TL;DR Luna is always useful, even if your luck is horrible. Luck +20 enhances it further. TheLaserSonic I really wish the game helped us understand Luna better (like show us enemy defences on the map to see how much it reduces) But you're right: the general consensus is that it's a reliable increase to overall damage. If you're not planning on swapping characters, it's a good idea to swap out Solidarity for Luna. Of course, it's all down to a person's unique playstyle/preference.
I just read your comment and was a bit confused. Lunar decrease the defence and resistance but don't increase your damage directly. So your formula (340)+(10.5%)/(42)= 8.9 is a bit wrong in my opinion. I think the correct formula is (340)/(42-10,5%) = 9.04 But I'm not good at math at all and I'm ready for correction.
Defensive skills are pretty useful for units that you don't control, those random greens/unused blues that you send to do your bidding or plop down to guard a fort.
Live to Serve and Potent Potion have more that one use. When you heal an ally that is missing even 1 HP, you gain support points with them. If you have multiple allies in one area, you can build supports passively throughout the battle. Not 100% on this, but Live to Serve allows you to use a staff to heal both yourself and your paired up partner (support points too). Potent Potion turns regular Vulnaries and such into AOE heals like staves. I would keep Potent Potion for situations where you aren't going with a staff user because you do have to watch your allied base during History Mode quite a bit.
About the support thing there is an item from that problem and it's called "bond charm",but I do have a question when you're trying to learn the skills does the source of the skill need to have the skill equipped
My personal top 6 (7) must have skills First: paragon, first get it to all asap then u will eventually get them all at 99 Second: astra, both a game changer and a game breaker Third: Armored blow, the only defensive skill that seems to be worth noting Fourth: Luna, deals more damage Fifth: Trample, deals more damage Sixth: Solidarity, deals more damage Seventh: awakening, deals more damage
I find that I have a much more caste based play style, where ONE person is vanguard and the other is support. The vanguard tends to be people like chrom, lyn or ryoma, while the supports I tend to lend to everyone who can heal, like the twins or the troubadour (forgot her name for a second). The skill set up tends to be all sorts of attack up skills on the vanguard while the support has anything that say "Vanguard will receive a bonus". My personal favorite is Lyn + Takumi, as the skill stat that lyn reaches and the damage done is disgusting and takumi can deal with and Pegasus knight getting too close.
For pair up, I choose someone with a high Skill+ Strength/Magic stat combo with almost anyone. My Robin build causes Dual specials to *delete* bosses when they're Vanguard (I use male Robin but female is the same.)
Lyn is my highest leveled character with level 81. I️ crave the day that I️ have officially leveled up and class changed every character with every skill screwy unlocked... I️ don’t know how you do it!!
Since you only earn their silver and gold materials in the C/B supports respectively, there is no benefit to pairing units who already have an A rank aside from increased pair-up bonuses (95% sure on that).
Ive just recently gotten back into this game and i cant figure out how to get ryomas maximum limit for equipped skills up if you how i would ve interested in knowing what i need
I'm still confused of Luna. I mean, does the defense reduction stack per hit, until 100% defense drain, or is it like the main game where each hit ignores a portion of the target's defense?
Thankfully, it doesn't matter how difficult a map is to affect support levels. I recommend going to maps where you can assign as many units as possible.
So guys I need some help. I've looked everywhere online and I can't find what foot soldiers specifies for the Trample skill crest. Does it only affect normal enemies or ones with HP gauges as well such as myrmidons and archers and such. If so does anyone know if it affects named characters as well like Rowan and such. Ok sorry for ranting it's just that I'm confused and this game just tells you the bare minimum
This guide is useless for players who haven't already played a lot of the game because getting those crests takes a lot of grinding. So all your "early on" comments don't make sense to me.

It's great how helpful people in these comments are.
Is it worth replacing +10 Strength with +20 luck for a Ryoma that has armor break and luna?

Did not mention that Awakening is mostly used for Tiki. Usually Tiki can go through Entire maps in dragon form.

It’s so interesting what we used to believe before we had the numbers (specifically about Trample)
I think you should update this video because all three DLC packs have been brought out
And because the level cap has increased from 99 to 150 overtime.

Corrin is my highest lvld character at 85 with yato true power. Hopefully i can unlock all crests with her.
Lucina is my highest at level 90 with Parallel Falchion true power. Now I just need a good skill combo for her.
Just Monika mine is lvl 130 all spear and sword users

If a pair already reached A/A* can that pair still continue to receive their respective materials while still paired up together on future missions?
Yes.

In the games Luna and Sol activate based on skill, Luck does nothing to them
I think you're right about the skill comment about other you tube content creators.
I know this video might be outdated. The latest version has the level cap at 150. I recently hit it with Robin for the first time (maybe a week ago).
Also, Astra let's go!!!
I'm glad I didn't spend Caeda's resources on SPD+10!
Speed only seems to affect the duration of Awakening Mode, according to the guide in game. I don't think it does anything else.
How did you get all of those skills on lissa? I don’t see that many skill crests on her
If you're talking about the boost crests, you need to unlock them on the original character first, then you will see them on other characters.
Anyone know if you send someone to take out an enemy unit do they collect there dropped material?
No you take it atomaticlly
That money tho. 😱
Is it me or does thisd not look like fire emblem warriors is it pre update or an update I haven't gotten yet
Does Paragon Grants More Level Up Experience
What is the reward for completing heroes challenge?
Legit question
naruto69savagE I think you get an Elite Sword, which is a 5* Brave Sword, not 100% sure though.
Purple Unicorn Sheep but doesn't it usually give you a scroll or a charecter or something like that?
naruto69savagE I don't think this one does
Purple Unicorn Sheep Oh...what damage does the elite sword do?
120?
I'ts super difficult to me get the materials for this skill crests. I hope this is because my highest lv is 65 and i can't do high level maps
Vituco You need essences to get these skills and you get essences by getting relationships to A or A+ rank. Level doesn't have anything to do with it.
Thankfully, it doesn't matter how difficult a map is to affect support levels. I recommend going to maps where you can assign as many units as possible.
oh, ok i'll try, thank you two!

Primal, It means all characters on foot. So the skill doesn't really help against mounted characters, e.g:
Xander
Pegasus knights
Cavaliers
Caeda
Tomato soup guy thank you ^^
Seems like a very useful skill then
ty for this =)
What is temple in camp all about?
