Dear Jasmine, Thank you for your beautiful, sensitive and delicate rendition of this piece, which touches the heart in so many ways, especially for someone who also absolutely loves the movie. I always am emotionally touched whenever I hear you play this - must have heard it over 100 times by now. I think you should seriously reconsider publishing your version of the piece so that all fellow flautists can have the pleasure of playing your version.
Cinema Paradiso was a beautiful film! Jasmine’s interpretation of the score reflects her love of the beautiful music from the film. It brings back the memory of watching the film, which itself was a beautiful memory of a time gone by. Jasmine, thanks so much for such a beautiful rendering of exquisitely lovely music!!🙏🏽

어릴적 '헐리웃키드의 생애'를 마치 내 얘기인 것처럼 읽었던 전형적인 헐리웃키드였던 내게 최고의 음악가는 당연히 존 윌리엄스 아저씨였고 존 윌리엄스 아저씨가 참여한 레코드는 무조건 꼭 사야만 했었었는데
엔니오 모리코네 아저씨 음악 한번 듣고 나서 순식간에 이 세상엔 더 높은게 꼭 더 존재하는구나 라는걸 깨달았던 기억이 나네요.
존윌리엄스 아저씨의 음악을 들으면서 천국을 경험했다면
모리코네 아저씨 음악을 들으면서 극락을 맛봤음.

Jasmine question for you or any other flute players checking out these comments. Are you better than you were 10 years ago? I listen to Galway at 80 and wonder at what age was he or most world class musicians typically at their best
Hi Matt, thank you for your comment. And to answer your question- yes, I certainly play much better than let's say, last year! Not to mention 10 years ago:) I love the process of learning more about flute playing and making progress everyday.
@@JasmineChoi gracious of you to answer, Jasmine. To make it to where you are now, you probably could play anything, and play it well at 18, but awesome you continue to master your craft. We hope you always do. Such a pleasure to hear you play. I'll be on the lookout once concerts resume. Got to see Sir James a few times in Washington DC, but be a pleasure to watch you tear em up live.
