Also don’t forget the book is written like a history book so we don’t know if everything that’s written is facts….like we know they captured blood but don’t know for sure what went down with the torturing and stuff like that. We know daemon sent blood and cheese to kill somebody but we don’t know if it was the kid,aemond or Aegon himself that was sent for stuff like that just to keep in mind when talking about the book.

They are usually given 3 versions of events, and can even say that all three of those are wrong and make up their own that could be still written about as it is in the history books down the road.

it’s crazy they forced helaena to have to be part of the public funeral but spared the king. especially considering helaena’s trauma from being in the room when the child was murdered is probably worse than aegon’s. it just goes to show how this society favors men and their comfort over women.
I do understand the logic of it from Otto's point-of-view. Seeing the queens grieve will gain sympathy from the smallfolk. But the king breaking down in front of the public could be seen as a weakness to some of them.

I think they were planning on cutting him out of the show as they seem to have with Aegon and helaena's younger son (maelor) but people were so pissed off about it that the showrunners just kind of added him in like this… leaving people who haven’t read the book doubting their own memories.

Alicent thinks the god’s are punishing her and her family because she had sex with criston and that’s the reason the child died because it was a “sin”. it’s not entirely logical, but considering she is a religious woman it makes sense for her character.

And seeing Balerion the Dread at his peak would certainly be amazing. And seeing the fallout after Aegon's death would be interesting as well as Maegor's reign. After Hot D finishes the Dance era, I would like to see them focus on the first of the Blackfyre rebellions. They could also do a Crown style show about the reign of Jaehaerys.
Halaena (if that's how you spell her name) has what's called dragon dreams I think, foresight granted to her due her lineage. I wish people around her listened to her and took her more seriously but she seems to be a Cassandra type character where she is cursed to be able to see the future, but to never have her premonitions believed.
You are very close with the spelling. And to elaborate on what you said a bit, Helaena herself doesn't fully understand her dreams either. She did start painting images of some of them on her walls. It's hard to see in the episodes, but they took the time to design the set in that way.

Hey Duo. That was SeaSmoke flying overhead of Adam, he was grey not red. It was great seeing Carrexes this episode. I think of all the Dragons she’s my favorite so far. I was yelling when she wormed her way out of that tunnel 😂. Cole and Alacent foreplay was something 😬. I was holding my breath when the carriage with the prince got stuck and they was rocking it, I was expecting that head to roll 😂 (I don’t mean to lol bcuz it’s not funny a child is dead after all but it was funny). He used to belong to Laenor before his “death.” Seasmoke is currently riderless, and was the one we saw flying around when Addam was digging for crabs and clams. *Vhagar* is the dragon that used to be Laena Velaryion’s before her complications of childbirth. She’s the ancient, giant dragon currently ridden by Aemond, and made Lucerys’s young dragon look like a kite compared to a 747. Her original rider was Visenya Targaryen, one of Aegon the Conqueror’s sisters/wives. *Vermithor* is an ancient dragon that was once ridden by King Jaehaerys I (who had preceded Viserys I as king). We’ve only gotten a glimpse of Vermithor at the end of season 1 in a cave on Dragonstone. Daemon was singing a song to him in High Valyrian. *Moondancer* is Baela’s dragon. We have only heard about Moondancer, but have not seen her yet. *Sunfyre* is Aegon II’s dragon. Another very good episode. Y do I feel more people r more upset with criston in this episode over daemon who literally had a child killed? It makes no sense to me. Ive been saying this for the longest daemon and Otto r two side of the same coin. They are upset with their kings and queens because neither listen to them, they both want to be in control, and when they not in control they both over step. They only difference between them is that they use different tools to attack their enemies. Daemon uses the blade and otto has his tongue. They r both the poison of each of their teams. Anyone else notice the parallel with rhaenyra calling out daemon manipulation in this episode like how Alicent confront Otto with his manipulation in episode 9. i caught the same thing steve did, it seemed someone was watching alicent from the shadows…and considering all the secret passages in the red keep, someone very well could be.
especially since alicent now lives in rhaenyra’s old quarters which we know has a secret passage way in it.
