I remember having a book with a few of these in, my favourite was a picture of houses that were heavily slanted to one side. What you were actually looking at was a street on a very steep hill, there was a person in it who was leaning backwards to make the tilted camera perspective work to really sell it, but because the houses were close to each other it meant you couldn't see the horizon line so your brain has to just take what it sees as fact and rationalise it.
Based on the lighting, none of them are flipped upside down or the other way around. They appear to all be the same way. You seeing some the other way around may be the placebo effect. Oh and the placebo effect still works, even if you know about the placebo effect of the something/someone.

Tried looking away, tried replaying the video, face was just gone. EDIT, FOUND IT AGAIN: I realized that the problem with knowing its a dog is that your eyes go straight to the dogs eyes every time. Try scrolling down until the dogs eyes are just barely off screen. The face looks sort of like an evil clown with black paint around its mouth that's squinting and looking slightly down and to the side. The dog's nose is the clowns eye, the screen-left white part of the dogs muzzle is the clowns nose, the very bottom part of the dogs snout is the clowns mouth, that strange flap screen-right near the dogs face (collar strap, maybe?) is the clowns ear. Once you scroll up, if you can see them both simultaneously, you'll notice the clown and the dog actually share the same cranium silhouette due to the difference in perspective and anatomy between species.

Look at the little stone you see in the wall and just imagine it's the ash from a cigar. Then you'll understand that to the right of that bit of ash, you can see a brown-ish roll that is the rest of the cigar. Hope this helps.
