Do I have to go in and manually Link the calendar view on dashboard for all individual employee accounts or can it be set up to where that's automatically done in the beginning for them to have access to view the schedule in one location when they log in?
Yes, you can do that! When you're on your calendar view, head over to the right side of the screen and click on the three dashes. There, you'll find the option to sort your tasks in the way that suits you best. Hope this helps! 😊
This is amazing, thank you so much! I'm trying to drag and drop my tasks, but it keeps saying I don't have permission, even though I'm the owner? Any suggestions? I also want to color code this but dont' see an option for that either. Many thanks in advance for your help!
If you're not able to drag and drop your task, that sounds like a glitch! You can always reach out to help@clickup.com to report bugs. For color coding, you can color code by Status, List, or Custom Field. Hope that helps! :)

Any chance you know how to change the color of your calendars that are synced from Google? Thanks again! Love your channel!
@@kordy055 yay! I hope you like it! Right now, all Google Calendar events come in as that purple color. I am hoping they allow us to customize this in the future 🙏🏼
You can create multiple calendars or action item lists and then go to the Folder Level, Space Level, OR Everything Level and create a view that filters in ALL Tasks & Events. Hope that helps! 😄
AMAZING VIDEIO :) just wanted to ask if one could use the weekly calandar view for timeblocking ? it seems a legit way and easy to drag and drop and egt a birds eye view of the time blocks👍
Unfortunately, the tool currently only supports views up to a month at a time, not a full year. I hope the monthly view still meets some of your needs. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask! 😊
Hey! Not sure why you can't delete your calendar view. You need to click with the right button and then click on "delete view". If you are not able to do that I'd suggest checking with ClickUp support.

Yes!! In 3.0 there is a Show Closed button, but not in 3.0 you can use filters to include closed statuses :)

How do you add the times to the calendar?
Do you mean adding times for the tasks? If so when you add start and due dates you can add a time as well.

Hi, how did you get the view on the lower right for "your calender" I have synced my Gcal and that is the only view I am seeing but I don't want that.

If you create the Everything Calendar View and keep it public, then yes! But only with your ClickUp Tasks, not Google Calendar.
