This is a perfect example of how your system grows with you. That you can start with a simple one and then add on things that make it amazing and super productive, without adding much more work to it. Thank you for the inspiration
A huge thank you from Brazil!! I'm new to Notion and this was super helpful! :) Question: I've already integrated my Google Agenda with my Notion Calendar, but is it possible to see all the events on my calendar at my Monthly Planner page in Notion (so I don't have to access Notion Calendar all the time)? Thanks again!
Tips to make it more responsive? Should I avoid making recurring events continuous, should I make an end date. My notion calendar is Very sluggish. Thanks
Hi this looks awesome, but you forgot one thing. I don´t want to add my habits each day manually to a calendar. I want them to be added at a time by itself. Any solution for this?
Hello, thank for your guide, I have a question: How could I classify a habit (recurrent event) in a table data base in notion and then add it to notion calendar
Hey there! Great video but I have a quick question. How do you select two calendars for a single event? Say for example, you had the calendars 'Habit' and 'To-Dos' and an event to 'Finish Journal', how do I select both calendars ('Habit' and 'To-Dos') for this single event ('Finish Journal')? I accidentally did for an event but don't how I did, and now I need to do it for my other events. Please help. Thank you.
It would be awesome if Notion Calendar would let you merge Notion DBs and external calendars together - e.g, when my Google cal auto populates into Notion cal, it would also show up in my Notion DB as they're linked. It'd be fantastic for working with those not on Notion or just Google Cal believers, or for integrating other scheduling apps that currently can be linked to a Google Cal but not Notoin Cal
I have a question. How do you connect your routine button pages with your template? I wanted to change the urgency on the pages that are created when the routine button is selected.
I recommend not zooming into the program like this, it's much easier to follow a tutorial when the entire screen is visible. It was hard to follow along.
Hi, I have just found your channel, and I LOVE it!! I was hoping to try to commission you for a task if you are amenable, but your contact email address is defunct. If you are amenable, please reach out.

Wow, this helps alot! Been trying to figure out the best way to simply plan tasks without doing any complicated stuff. Good thing I found this video.
I was finding it so tricky to integrate notion calendar, this really helps!
amazing! Glad I could help :D
Thanks for this. I have been looking for this type of explanation

Is there a way in the calendar app, not notion to have quick access to checkmark?
I like to timeblock and later verify that I've done what I planned.
This video was really helpful! Is there a way to make the tasks appear with different colors on notion calendar dependind on the tag?
you can make them different colors in Notion Calendar but they need to be in different databases for that sadly :(

yes :) you can have recurring tasks that get automatically added :D

I hope Notion pays this video - literally made me re-downloaded Notion Calendar!

How do I set up reoccurring tasks?
Possible to make the hour formula only calculate if the checkbox is checked?
I have a question. How do you connect your routine button pages with your template? I wanted to change the urgency on the pages that are created when the routine button is selected.
Hey :) so first create the item in the calendar (and have the urgency and importance set). Then edit the button and drag that task in :D
For some reason mine won’t integrate into the page can someone help?
