This is a perfect example of how your system grows with you. That you can start with a simple one and then add on things that make it amazing and super productive, without adding much more work to it. Thank you for the inspiration
I agree 100%. Do the difficult work in the morning. My routine is simple: wake up and work for four straight hours. Everything will be scheduled later. Changed my life as well.
Thank you for this. I feel overwhelmed, as someone with ADHD - because I simply don't plan my days like this. It's a scary notion, pun intended, to plan my life in this way.
Love the video but I have a question. I want to get notifications on my phone about my daily habits, is there a way to do this? if so, do you have a tutorial?
It would be awesome if Notion Calendar would let you merge Notion DBs and external calendars together - e.g, when my Google cal auto populates into Notion cal, it would also show up in my Notion DB as they're linked. It'd be fantastic for working with those not on Notion or just Google Cal believers, or for integrating other scheduling apps that currently can be linked to a Google Cal but not Notoin Cal
A huge thank you from Brazil!! I'm new to Notion and this was super helpful! :) Question: I've already integrated my Google Agenda with my Notion Calendar, but is it possible to see all the events on my calendar at my Monthly Planner page in Notion (so I don't have to access Notion Calendar all the time)? Thanks again!
I am trying other have multiple sources (Table Databases) show up in the same calendar on a page. I want to have a table for Yoga, one for lifting, one for whatever... but when I input the date on the table, I would like it to show up in the calendar. I can link one table to the in page calendar, is there a way to link multiple pages? I hope I explained that well. THANKS!!
Hi this looks awesome, but you forgot one thing. I don´t want to add my habits each day manually to a calendar. I want them to be added at a time by itself. Any solution for this?
Tips to make it more responsive? Should I avoid making recurring events continuous, should I make an end date. My notion calendar is Very sluggish. Thanks
2:09 Hi, how can I make completed tasks visible but crossed out in the Notion calendar? I have linked databases, and when I move a task to "Done," it automatically disappears from the calendar. However, I’d like it to remain visible but marked as completed.
Hey there! Great video but I have a quick question. How do you select two calendars for a single event? Say for example, you had the calendars 'Habit' and 'To-Dos' and an event to 'Finish Journal', how do I select both calendars ('Habit' and 'To-Dos') for this single event ('Finish Journal')? I accidentally did for an event but don't how I did, and now I need to do it for my other events. Please help. Thank you.
Hello, thank for your guide, I have a question: How could I classify a habit (recurrent event) in a table data base in notion and then add it to notion calendar
I have a question. How do you connect your routine button pages with your template? I wanted to change the urgency on the pages that are created when the routine button is selected.
I recommend not zooming into the program like this, it's much easier to follow a tutorial when the entire screen is visible. It was hard to follow along.
Hi, I have just found your channel, and I LOVE it!! I was hoping to try to commission you for a task if you are amenable, but your contact email address is defunct. If you are amenable, please reach out.

I was finding it so tricky to integrate notion calendar, this really helps!
amazing! Glad I could help :D
Wow, this helps alot! Been trying to figure out the best way to simply plan tasks without doing any complicated stuff. Good thing I found this video.

Thanks for this. I have been looking for this type of explanation

I hope Notion pays this video - literally made me re-downloaded Notion Calendar!

yes :) you can have recurring tasks that get automatically added :D
@@ProductiveSetups How? :(
Hi,
i have the Headquarters template, is the template already set up in the way that you are showing on this video?
thank you
Is there a way in the calendar app, not notion to have quick access to checkmark?
I like to timeblock and later verify that I've done what I planned.
Tips to make it more responsive? Should I avoid making recurring events continuous, should I make an end date. My notion calendar is Very sluggish.
Thanks
Question, is there a way to send you an audio reminder for when events on your calendar happen?
This video was really helpful! Is there a way to make the tasks appear with different colors on notion calendar dependind on the tag?
you can make them different colors in Notion Calendar but they need to be in different databases for that sadly :(

no problem :) just click on the database's "filter" and remove that it hides it from the Calendar when completed

Hello, thank for your guide, I have a question: How could I classify a habit (recurrent event) in a table data base in notion and then add it to notion calendar
How do I set up reoccurring tasks?
How do I create recurring tasks when both Notion and Notion Calendar are synchronized? I can only do that when they aren't... Notion is so confusing
Possible to make the hour formula only calculate if the checkbox is checked?
I have a question. How do you connect your routine button pages with your template? I wanted to change the urgency on the pages that are created when the routine button is selected.
Hey :) so first create the item in the calendar (and have the urgency and importance set). Then edit the button and drag that task in :D
For some reason mine won’t integrate into the page can someone help?
That's how everyone uses it lol
