nice video, i just bought this vest after searching for awhile and had difficulty finding a vest that wasn't built for a fat ass. It certainly looks badass and the video helped to explain the different features as there are many. Ill post a review of this vest once I get a few solid hunts in.

Can the plastic hose holders be removed on the shoulder straps? I often rest my gun on my shoulder and don’t want one of those digging into my gun. Also, how do the shell pockets open/close, velcro, magnetic closure, elastic?

Hey There; Thanks for your question. The only way to remove the hose holders would be to break them off. As for the pockets, they use Velcro closures.

I'm wondering why you didn't put a link directly to the product in the description - even the web address you included is not an active link - make it easy, not complicated, for people to give you money...

Hi Scott - I'm not sure if the manufacturer has a 3XL in the works. Keep checking our site and maybe we'll have one in the future. Thanks for your inquiry.

Remove the velcro straps for the shell pockets, and use a different way to hold it shut. Too many complaints about that pocket opening up in the field due to snags. Other than that, solid pack!

This vest reminds me of the ultimate sandwich where the burger, bacon, fries, onion rings, lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup, pickles, soda, ice cream and napkins are in the one massive bun! Sorry, but as an experienced, avid bird hunter, this vest is not even a remote consideration. If you are a true dedicated bird hunter, check out the minimalistic yet realistically functional Boyt strapped vest or Orvis' waxed cotton strapped vest. In my estimation, the whole point of a "strapless" vest is light-weight functionality in warmer climes. I absolutely do NOT want a water bladder on my back making me sweat in MY "strapless" vest. Carrying all that weight is going to make me thirsty. ;) Duuuh...? That's what the smaller/round pockets are for - water bottles where they should be, no? The plastic snaps for holding the water dispensing tube are therefore also useless and if you rest your gun on your shoulder, you will be supremely annoyed with these! I have full vests for colder weather hunting requiring "practical" features, unlike a strapless vest. The over-abundance of features in this vest undermine the core reason for a strapless vest, in my opinion (functionality, light weight/breathability being foremost). Here is one very poor aspect of this vest - aside from the plethora of useless straps and buckles that you will adjust but once and NEVER touch again! The (useless) chest adjustment strap moorings on the front are right in line with the act of mounting a gun. When wild bird hunting, there is no time to casually/carefully ensure you get a cozy, proper mount, as you might when clays shooting. Grouse hunters especially, will attest to the fact that too often shots on grouse provide you with fractions of a second to instinctively mount and shoot. All I need to do is snag/catch my shotgun butt or even drag it across one of those plastic pieces that the chest strap is secured to, just ONCE, and good-bye vest! Sometimes, less is more. In this case....a LOT less....

Looks like a meh design, the water bottle pouches are too far back, the ammo pouches look awkward, a whole box (TWO?) of ammo for upland??? I carry 12ish rds (two handfuls) for 5 -7 pheasants. . . the radio/ecollar control pouches are waaay tooo small. My Tenzing looks 10x better and that could stand improvements.
