I had purchased a Crosbeats Orbit X Smartwatch on 06 March 22 from company site for 5999/- its pressure features not working from day one when I tried to talk to company customer care but its always busy There is no talk of even 8 minutes of waiting, then I did many mails to the company and also sent the video, after many mails the company took it back to check it on 26 March, After that when I asked for its update, they started saying that it will take 15 days, after a lot of follow up, the company wrote that your replacement order has been approved, we are sending you a new watch, new watch to me 17 Received on April As soon as I saw the packet, I found that the company reduced the cost to the watch and sent a new bill of 4999 / -Then the packing of the watch inside the packet looked old and there was no cover on the dial, I understood that the company has cheated me and sent back some old watch, I checked the pressure features, still it is not working It was when I mailed the company, the reply came from there that these features work after a few days, you use the watch for a few days. After this, I noticed that the Bluetooth calling features of the watch are not working properly, the voice of the front does not come, I write to the company about this, they write that you send the watch back to the company at your cost, I have seen this dirty shoddy new in my life one or two times sending defective watch to the customer and then saying that you send the watch back at your cost then we will check..... All of you are requested not to purchase any Crosbeats items, they only know how to sell substandard products and do not mean after sale, I am getting upset for two months but the company is neither doing watch replacement but it is troubling the customer only.
