It's much easier to level up familiar. Just press square on the ic level up screen and it toggles to show specialties. Just level familiar up 4 times(this causes the prerequisites to level up)

Do you need to keep the 2nd character in the party to maintain the super speciality? Lets say I ditch celine but used her for this set up will the mount be inaccessible?
