Mitchell Kettlewell revived the classic Acaan or Caan into a workable magic trick for beginners.

I like this version, because as a non cards worker, I need something that I can do without much setup or with minimal sleight-of-hand. So thank you for presenting this and for teaching it so well. Also, at least it at least you can tick-off the first three requirements for acaan. I'm looking forward to the third video in this series.

For those who are worried that I expose Ice Cold... I do not own this trick so during the video I am GUESSING how it works, I may be wrong as I usually am. I watch performances and have a pure and simple guess to the working based on my knowledge of 40 years of magic. Also one viewer has said you CAN deal face up, I would appreciate it if you can upload a video to prove this WITH the version sold and NOT using a memorised stack! I love to be proved wrong! Totally Magic I think that ice cold acaan is done with mnemonica stack. In the ellusionist trailer for that trick is done dealing the cards face up on the table, so there has to be some stack action. That is my wild guess for that trick
You can by just arranging the deck from new deck order, much easier, but if you want to be a little bit fancy, mnemonica is really good, so now you can deal face up.
You can't perform ice cold ACAAN face up unless you already have an innocent looking stack memorised. It uses a new deck order stack in the version taught on the download, hence the "no memorised stack needed" on the ad copy, which was debatable because the trailer showed face up dealing which isn't possible using the method taught in the video. The ad copy was a little misleading but as I knew Tamariz stack already it didn't present me with any problem

Nitpicking, but in your ACAAN#2, the Countdown, they cannot actually choose 1-52. They can only choose 1-45 or so.
I love the countdown version. It does tick a few of the boxes but not any number. You have reversed a small packet of cards so if the spec chooses a really high number you will have to coax them to go lower or just suggest they choose between say 1 and 20 or so. great trick
You can just say pick a number between 20-52. In those certain cases. It will still seem magical.
Ice cold is my favorite.
Youz could also take any stack like mnemonica or whatever if you know it, the can tought of any card and say any number. You do the math in your head and than by showing them that all are different you can zero in the needed card for begining, put a break and do a simple pass or whatever. That way you would meet all your criteria for perfect acaan but one, shuffled cards. easily thrown off by false shuffling and cutting. Spectator coul deal, they could deal face up.

I do it the same way but I skip half of this by leaving it on bottom asking for a number dealing the cards and just doing a bottom deal on the number they asked. No misdirection and very fast and simple.
You are cool. And you are a great magician . I will check out you PDF on the theory and then I will explain the 52 factorial but you can check it out for now on RUclips. Look at the explanation by Stephen fry on QI. It's fascinating maths.
You should do an update on this and provide a PDF or something with the "checked boxes". You don't even have to do the reveals, just an honest review (are they honestly selling it based off the trailers, etc.) There are a TON of ACCAANs out there now.
Ice Cold ACAAN - if you were to use two sets of deck of cards (for instance, r and b). And you have alternative set ups between two decks, then you are done and you can do ACAAN (of course not 100%). However you could select any card at any number.
they cant have any number from 1 to 52. they can go up to 40 something
The magician doesn’t touch the cards in this trick , the audience says a card and number then the audience take out the cards from the box and count and see their card, it’d be better that you explain that

if you chose the number 5 for 5 of diamonds it wouldn't work
