Mama...I was surprised. you used bake dindu ...we use shunti and do fry chilli hing and arasina...kadugu pachidi..but we cook bale dindu and grind. Shunti and baledindu together gives an extra fkavour ..moreover it diesnt form gas..thats our favouritevduring gokulastami and dry ginger yellakki bella and thuppa will nicely digest all the oily foods we eat during gokukastami...t.nadu tgey do it for deepavali

In north india they mix kadle hittu with uddhina bele and they dip uddhina vada in water and tthey squeese water and then they dip in curds
