Mayo recipe! Egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice + zest = whisk it while slowly pouring in your preferred oil until you like the consistency. Season with salt and pepper! :)
“How many forks would you like?” I usually end up with a fork for every patty in my order. The plus side, I had tons of plastic forks and knives to send with my daughter when she moved out on her own a few days ago. 😆
I have always used a mayo recipe from Well Fed which is so easy and no slow addition of oil. I use light tasting olive oil cos it doesn’t bother me and I only use mayo maybe once a week. I keep this for about a month because UK has very high quality free range eggs. Immersion blender. In a jug add 1 WHOLE egg white and yolk, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp Salt (add more at end if needed), 1 tbsp White wine vinegar (or lemon juice if preferred), 1/4 cup oil of your choice bled until emulsified approx 20-30 seconds, Measure additional 1 cup of oil and start blending, pouring in small ‘glugs’ of oil, you really don’t need to pour slowly. When you have about 1/4 of cup oil remaining pause and add one tbsp of hot water. This thins the mayo and makes it a brighter white and makes it easier to add the rest of the oil. Add rest of oil until combined and if suits taste, add one tbsp lemon juice. Adjust salt and store in airtight jar in the fridge for up to one month.
I started watching these because I love your results. While watching what u eat, I honed in on your fasting. Started monk fasting with walking and calorie restriction. Oh my goodness! Laura, you make me laugh so hard! Thank you for these videos of a "real person" doing "real life", with a "real family"! So inspirational and helpful too.🥰
I absolutely LOVE YOU!! You are my inspiration! I feel like we're friends! Very funny, too! You've helped me lose 53 lbs since February, almost at goal wt! Tyvm for all that you do for our tribe 💕
Mayo is so easy with an immersion blender! The web is full of recipes. A couple of pro tips: Egg yolks only and at room temp. 1/2 cup oil per yolk (my fav is walnut or avocado). Fresh lemon juice not the bottled stuff. Quality mustard and try diff vinegars. The most important part-add any flavor you want! My fav being liquid smoke! The amazing thing is watching the emulsion happen...like my mom did forever :-)
You're so pretty 😍. And you are a lifesaver. I just finished day 10. No weight yet, but gonna stick with it. Tried your Chipotle thing and it was great! Didn't like the steak but it was great in my omelette the next day. And what you said about cheat days. Omg, I needed to hear that. I turned down Thai food and brownies two days in a row. So proud of myself! I know it's because I wasn't eating my fat.
I found carnivore because I experienced my first weight stall. I was very strict Keto and lost 40 pounds in just under 8 weeks. I was ELATED. Then I stalled for almost three weeks and freaked out. It is very refreshing to have a down to earth perspective on weight stalls and why they are a normal part of the process. Thank you so much for the reassurance and I will keep fighting the good fight! :)
The commentary at the end of this video was EXACTLY what I needed to hear today!! I’m saving it so I can listen to it over and over again. Thank you! I was SO discouraged and frustrated last night that I cried. Now I’m back at it today b/c of you sharing your experience! Thank you again!! ❤️
The *Flying Dutchman* ...... literally a game changer for me when I’m in a pinch!! This was beyond helpful!! And I loved that you didn’t cook everyday to see how you handle being out & on carnivore. I’m also going to use that tip of bringing meats to cookouts .... my sister in law is a horrible cook so this will also give my husband & I the perfect excuse to eat something “edible” too!! 😂🤣😂
God I love your honesty. I feel that I do the same, no weight loss - I get stricker and stricker then give up with no results and It might be about to shift. So you remind me to keep going ...Thank you Laura
I've really come off track this year. It's been since February and I've put on 10lb which is a lot considering I'm only 4ft 9. Thanks for this video. It's really motivated me as everything looks so delicious. I do best on one meal a day because the more I eat, the more I eat. If that makes sense. I'm best waiting till around 5pm then having a good carnivore fill.
i can totally relate to the " i deserve..." after i've met a goal... cheating ultimately makes me feel even worse so i have learned NOT to reward myself with "bad" foods; however, i have matured in my journey to let go once in a while when in a social environment. love your channel and love you!!!
This video was exactly what I needed. I ate the toppings and cheese off a meat pizza during a weak moment this afternoon and was convincing myself and my husband that since I had messed up I should eat all the things! He was encouraging and instead of losing it I ate steak and eggs. I keep setting a goal to eat OMAD and then I eat two meals. Then I feel shame because I didn’t reach my goal, but the mental weight of breaking down and eating meat is so much less than breaking down and eating some unhealthy. I have some serious disordered eating, but I’m trying not to stress and taking it one day at a time. Carnivore is helping, but it’s so hard. Sorry for the long comment, but I just needed to put this out into a community who might understand how difficult it is to have a healthy relationship with food and your body.
You did do good pushing through!! Today is a win! And I am so glad your husband is supportive of you and helping encourage you. I am the exact same way and you are not alone! 💜💜 Give yourself some grace on the one meal a day and think of every day win that you don't have carbs! Then an OMAD day is a bonus...but not a failure if you don't do it. I am proud of you today!
Laura you are my inspiration!! I am loving your videos and story! I have been keto for 8months and now going carnivore. I have cut out all the keto treats and I feel great! Thank you for sharing! You look amazing!😍
1st time on your channel. This video is chucked full of transparency, wit, humor, and all the things I was seeking to bump up my keto game. Thanks for sharing & for keeping it real. 🥰
Thank you for such great encouragement about stopping a fast early. I’ve been learning that this journey is just as much about what I do eat as much as fasting. Weight is coming off much slower than it did when I started back on Sept. 2021 but it is still coming off and I feel great!
Thank you!!Thank you!! You spoke completely about me. I have experienced everything you just stated. Especially getting off track with those reward days, getting frustrated with no loss for a couple of weeks. You have encouraged me to continue on with my second 30 day carnivore. I did well the first 30 days but no weight loss , however when I went to my Dr. My blood work was the best ever in my life. I then cheated which went from one treat to 5 days. It has taken two weeks to get back on track. I will stick to it because it is healing me from many medical issues. I know weightloss will come. Keep up the great videos!
When I started I would lose approx 0.4 lbs a day. The closer I got to my goal things changed. Now this happens to me all the time. I will lose nothing for a while and then lose 7 over night, gain 3 the next day, lose 2. It seems nuts but the trend is down.
I am amazed at how much you eat! I’m never really that hungry on carnivore... I also get full quickly and can’t face more. Maybe this’ll change but for now I’m just happy with the great health issues resolution. It’s a long list of improvements in such a short time. Well worth trying.
For me adding a lot of walking sped up my weight loss, not to mention all it’s done for uplifting my mood, energy and making my sleep better. I like to take a long walk in the morning to get the day started right (and vitamin D is so important to overall health!) while listening to an audiobook or podcast or RUclips (often your videos!). I also make sure I park farther away in lots and walk around the house or yard whenever I’m on the phone. I’ve been able to consistently reach 10K steps a day and it’s really been a major upgrade to my life!
I have watched a few of your videos this evening, and I can relate to everything you say. You have convinced me to start this way of eating tomorrow. I am 54 in July and probably need to lose around 20lb, but the main reason I want to try this is to help with joint pain I am experiencing in my knees, arms and hands. I have had some success in the past following keto, and am really keen to give this a try and see if I can get rid of some of this inflammation which just seems to have come on the last 2-3 weeks. Plus I have a holiday coming up in a little under 4 weeks. Thanks for recording your carnivore journey's, it's been a real eye opener for me xx
I have stocked my freezer with meats. Going to do a 48 hour weekend fast and start carnivore on Monday. I am hoping I do well on this lifestyle. Thank you for sharing Laura.
I love these videos! You're videos have been so helpful to me (I use the reverse sear method all the time now ;) ) and show how carnivore is doable. My goal is to keep on with keto-carnivore. My husband and I are almost through our second month of eating this way. Meal planning, prep is so much easier. Grocery shopping is so much easier. Most days I do OMAD and it's working out really well. I eat until I'm full at supper. It's like a challenge some days. I'll start getting a bit hungry around 2:00 or 3:00, but I'll look at the clock and think "I can go a couple more hours until supper." My husband's game for doing a third month. My birthday is in a few days, and I've decided to treat myself (and hubby) to a prime rib roast :) I may even put a candle in it. The scale is slowly going down, but I'm seeing some results in other areas. My clothes fit better, and I'm wearing jeans I haven't been able to wear in years. I have more sustained energy--on my days off, I used to take naps. Now, I can't remember the last time I took a nap. My focus is better and I'm more productive during the day. Thank you so much for sharing this part of your life with us.

Absolutely love how real you are on your vids. This has helped me! Love watching your content! I'm in second month of Carnivore and I love it, but my weight has gone up a little but I'm trusting the process. Ive also built a ton of muscle bc I've been able to hit the weights harder!!
I know some people disagree but I can still overeat on Carnivore. So I focus on my meal times. But you are definitely still early in it so just check in with yourself if you're being consistent and then keep it up! 🥰🥰
Laura, your videos have really helped me. I was on keto for 6 months and lost 40 pounds. And feel great but still 20 to go. I gradually have transitioned gradually from keto over to carnivore. Almost unconsciously. But weight loss has increased and I still feel great. Your meal plans give me good ideas about what to eat. Thank you so much for your videos. I also take a daily vitamin/mineral pill.
My fast food go-to is McDs sausage cheese and egg muffin - without the English muffins. I order two with an extra egg on each. Here in Canada it comes to about $10.50 for four eggs, two sausage patties and two slices cheese. It keeps me going and hunger free for a good 5 hours… Some McDs have all day breakfast :-)
I"m trying to get back on track too. I loved these 2 vids of yours. The chicken salad sounds wonderful. Thanks Laura. You look so different from one video to the next. I love low carb results.
Congratulations! Thank you for continuing to post videos like this. I am new to your channel, and appreciate seeing your food portions and methods that have lead to your success.
All right. I've been on carnivore for 10 weeks and I've lost 20 lb and and no weight loss for the last 3 weeks. I was starting to feel like I was failing at this but now I'm thinking it's just my body trying to catch up. Fingers crossed for me.
I have been binging your videos the past few days 😊. I’ve been keto for a few years now but I stalled over a year and a half ago. No rhyme or reason for why and to add insult to injury I’ve gained some of the weight I lost back. I decided to go full carnivore to see if it helps. I just finished up a 3 day fast today and for dinner had a pound of steak with some butter on top an ounce of white cheddar. Thank you sooo much for the informative videos.
Our cycles absolutely affect our weight loss. It took me some time to figure it out through tracking but there was a definite pattern that followed my cycle.
Love to see the whole "what I eat daily(monthly) videos it really does help me alot to see different cuts of meats I can or havent yet tried..thank you Laura!! Bravo on the 14 pounds I seem to lose the same way and then sometimes sabotage myself with thinking I need a cheat day..I am staying strong! & you help immensely!!🤗😊❤
My kryptonite is asian food... Filipino, Korean, Japanese, Indian, and (not asian) Ethiopian. Those are the flavors that I crave. I just had my last carby meal for a long time. Back on the wagon tomorrow morning. I've been on keto off and on for 2.5 years. Lost 50 pounds and over this circus the last 6 months I've gained about 40 of it back. :( I'm ready to try carnivore. I also have Hashimotos so it will help that as well. I don't know how long I've been watching your videos but it's been a long time. I don't miss one even if I got off the wagon. Each one reminded me that sooner or later I'd have to make that decision and get serious again. I really love the what I eat videos. I love how real you seem in your videos. Like it's totally ok to mess up or change your plans. Anyway... I appreciate you and hope the best for you and yours. I would say wish me luck but I'm going to do this regardless lol :)
You will be great!!! You can totally do it!!! That is a hard flavor to replicate without carbs but I personally am not afraid of spices on my meat so I hope you find something that works for you!!! Thank you so much for your support!! 💜💜💜
Another great video, Laura! Thank you so much! You'll never know how much it inspires me to see lovely you eating gobs of beef. :) You look so vibrant and healthy... I want that look, too! THanks again, from Portlandia Oregon.
You deserve to be proud of all your achievements and be aware of what triggers you. Love 💓 your channel Laura it gives me so much insight and information that I need to keep on the straight path & not deviate with that piece of dark chocolate 😂😁😆 because to get back on track it’s a struggle especially when I spent the last year cheating after 3 years of doing remarkably well on keto - losing over half my body weight - and when my dad died I used that excuse to emotionally binge on cakes and carbs. I only gained 10 kilos but it wasn’t the point, it took me 14 months to get the sugar and carb monster under control and truthfully it’s watching your channel and others that has given me the courage and strength to move into carnivore and I am really loving the food freedom it gives me. I don’t think about the it’s or cakes 🍰 I think about where I can buy the fattiest rib eye or Japanese wagyu - that’s a definite treat now 👍😍🥩
Great video! I love the pre-wing-meal patties! I've totally done that! It's a great way to eat what you need, save money, and also socialize like a regular person! 😊😉
For mayonnaise use an immersion blender. Done in a minute! I have not done bacon mayo, but avocado oil turned out great and fresh. Better than any store bought.
@@ketoauntie7301 I have done variations of Dr. Berg and Gordon Ramsey plus others on you tube. 1 egg, 1 cup avocado oil, 1 Tbsp dijon mustard or english mustard, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 Tbsp White wine vinegar or ACV, and black pepper. Place in widemouth mason jar or I use cup that came with blender. Hold immersion blender in mixture until starts to turn white then gradually raise up to incorporate rest of oil mixture. Takes about one minute with the immersion blender. Very fresh.
I love being carnivore and watching you is lots of fun but what really cracks me up is that your “dinner plates” are cutting boards!! Even your kids eat off of cutting boards!
Great video. I am more of a freestyle person just go with the flow of what my body says. New to the game lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks. Probably all water 🤣. But have a 30 pound goal more to loose. Hi! New here, and very motivated. I've tried carnivore in the past, but did it with no more than 1 pound of animal protein per day (sometimes less). You showed that's not enough nutrition. On Day 4 today and suddenly starting to feel SO MUCH BETTER than I have for a very long time (even though I've been LC or keto since the late 1990s). There's hope!
laura i believe if you remove dairy completely from your diet you will lose faster and when you reach your goal weight you can put them back...there is something in dairy that stalls a lot some people just an advise if you want to do it...

I’m so proud of myself now for finishing all the day I know I should be eating. Thank you 😊
I think I may try the occasional 36-48 hr fasts like you did because I do well with those. I just have to make sure I eat good fatty beef when I break my fast or I binge on bad food after my first fast-breaking meal. I end up super hungry and craving about an hour later. Any advice for that besides making sure I eat lots fatty meat? I have a similar reaction to chicken. I eat it maybe once a week nowadays and it’s always thighs with the skin. Definitely a good idea to eat when hungry. If I’m super starving then I’ll just break my fast and try again another time. ☺️I loved this video and your results were awesome! I have got to find a gigantic ribeye like you had. My mouth was watering watching that part lol. Good stuff. 👍🏻

Oh my goodness! Laura, you make me laugh so hard! Thank you for these videos of a "real person" doing "real life", with a "real family"! So inspirational and helpful too.🥰
AND you cook for the rest of your family and work full time as well. You are amazing.
Your husband is such a blessed man, oh my
I absolutely LOVE YOU!!
Wow serving on each person's own cutting board.. what a GREAT idea!! Love the video & food ideas - thanks!
😂😂 normal plates are too small... plus we use giant steak knives. This ends up being less dishes and more fun anyway!
Started carnivore 5 days ago. Intermittent fast most days. Reaching for healing and weightloss. Love your videos. Ty for all the info and for sharing!
That's great!!! Keep it up!!!! Look back on this time and show how strong you are!!
I'm just starting out, too...day 3 and my back pain's gone...interesting.
@@LauraSpath Thank you soon much. Thats one of my goals. Congratulations to you for all of your accomplushments!
Thats Awesome! I know this long term is the best way of life. I look forward to weightloss and healing! Good luck to you!!
Same with me
The commentary at the end of this video was EXACTLY what I needed to hear today!!
So glad you showed up on my feed . Looks like you’re doing great on this journey.
God I love your honesty. I feel that I do the same, no weight loss - I get stricker and stricker then give up with no results and It might be about to shift. So you remind me to keep going ...Thank you Laura
I appreciate how honest and real you are! Thank you for bravely sharing the good and bad of your journey!
Laura Spath Thank you so much for the encouragement and reassurance!
Laura you are my inspiration!! I am loving your videos and story! I have been keto for 8months and now going carnivore. I have cut out all the keto treats and I feel great! Thank you for sharing! You look amazing!😍
And doing IF for 8months too. Down 50lbs!😁
Wow amazing job!!! Keep it up!!!
I love how down to earth and relatable you are. Thanks for documenting in detail your journey. You have a new sub. Best wishes!
We are one week in and your videos are our mainstay. Thank you for all of your information, insights and practical way of looking at things. ❤
You’ve introduced me to carnivore and I thank you!! Please be safe with going out and socializing during this pandemic! :)
Girl, we all round up.😂 Good job getting back on track. I like these types of videos, it gives me ideas on how to handle social events etc.
😂😂🤦🏼♀️ thanks!! It took me way too long to realize I did the math wrong haha
I’m adding you to my watch list! Your amazing, and carnivore on!
So funny! I love your realness. Especially with counting, I’m terrible with math so I feel ya .
I have stocked my freezer with meats. Going to do a 48 hour weekend fast and start carnivore on Monday. I am hoping I do well on this lifestyle. Thank you for sharing Laura.
You will be great!!!!
How have you been doing Arlene? Still at it?

You've motivated/inspired me .. . I'm almost a year carnivore, I can't believe it!! I lost 33 lbs in the first 3 months but after that I am def at a stall so I'm going strict OMAD beef, water, salt, bacon with some 48 hr. fasts every week!! Thanks Laura your videos help me so much . . . thanks for sharing!! You rock!!
Hey Linda,
Can you pls share your meal plan you did when you started. I'd love a guideline to follow, I greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!
@@gidget5416 Hi Gidget: Sure . . . I ate grass fed ground beef/bison, clean bacon, clean sausage, wild caught cod/salmon/scallops, organic free range eggs (Happy Eggs) . . . the albumin(whites) makes me bloated so now I just eat the yokes, I ate some cheese mostly goat and parm and I used heavy whipping cream in my coffee (0 carbs 0 sugar) but the casein in cows milk I have trouble with so I just got some goat's milk yesterday, I'm gonna try that. I was OMAD with 48 hr. fasts once a week or every other week. I save my meat drippings to cook with instead of butter!! I always feel better after a long fast!! I ate 1-2 lbs of meat at meal time. I still have chronic constipation but I've had it my whole life . . . I notice with more fat it's a little better! At first I believe it's best to just do the Lion Diet (beef/water/salt) by Mikhaila Peterson . . she has a FB page 'Don't eat that' and 'The Lion Diet' good info there!! Oh, don't forget your electrolytes!! I made my own with pink salt/magnesium citrate and potassium (cream of tartar) I'd have a glass of the in the fridge and sip on that throughout the day. I hope this helps!! I love Dr. Paul Mason and Aaron Mckenzie they are a wealth of info!! Also Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Paul Saladino, Dr. Zsofia Clemens, Dr. Shawn Baker . . . . :) PS: I started eating flap meat steak about 6 months ago it's a bit more expensive but I feel better eating that and it's delicious!!
@Linda,
This is amazing! Thank you so much, I GREATLY appreciate you taking the time to share this with me. I am looking forward to my new life change & getting back to the old healthy me I once was before I gave into junk🙈 Looks like the LION DIET is where I will start, but I have to put a little Kerrygold butter on my steaks🤪it's a palet thing I guess. 1-2 pounds of meat twice a day? That's doable for me easily✔I drink at least 90oz of water a day so staying full won't be an issue...it's just getting my mind rt🧖♀️🙏I'm so glad I found this video and you, I feel like it's where I needed to be yesterday. I can't thank you enough for helping me move forward.🙏
@@gidget5416 My pleasure Gidget!! No .. . that's 1-2 lbs of meat a day . . . I usually only eat 'One Meal A Day' (OMAD). It's an amazing WOE it will cure things you didn't even know were an issue!! Good Luck on your journey!! You can reach out to me anytime!! Smiles, LJ

Laura you are gorgeous, your skin is glowing! Love your videos.
Just ordered a Meater through your link. Thanks for the discount and all the low carb inspiration on your channel!
You chomping on that big steak bone was hysterical! LOL Loved that! And thank you for the video!
😂😂 if was delicious!! 💜
@@LauraSpath Hahhaa it LOOKED delicious!
Your commitment is inspirational. I'm fascinated with anything to do food and the mind.
I also find I lose weight at a certain time of the month, that us why I refuse to do weight watchers! Thanks for keeping it real! 🦁
I"m trying to get back on track too. I loved these 2 vids of yours. The chicken salad sounds wonderful. Thanks Laura. You look so different from one video to the next. I love low carb results.
Thank you! My face can hold weight and inflammation change so rapidly. It is always pretty noticable when I have fluctuations.
GREAT JOB !!! You sooo inspire me to get after it. Thanks for all your efforts to stay on task. Glad to see momma !
Congratulations on getting back on the wagon ❤

Carnivore nachos was such a good idea!! I need to try 🤤
All right. I've been on carnivore for 10 weeks and I've lost 20 lb and and no weight loss for the last 3 weeks. I was starting to feel like I was failing at this but now I'm thinking it's just my body trying to catch up. Fingers crossed for me.
I loved your "Future Me" aside and correction! The Honesty was funny and sweet.
That sounds perfect!! Fasting and Carnivore has been my perfect combination for weight loss.
Love the drive-thru order! Thanks for sharing. Love the inspiration
I deserve to keep my good habits and be healthy. I used to do that “I deserve” the junk nonsense, too. Great video.
Yes I have fallen into those same traps so many times. But we learn and do better now! 💜
Omg I love your openness and am so grateful I found you on the beginning of my journey!! Bless you!! ❤😊
Another great video, Laura! Thank you so much! You'll never know how much it inspires me to see lovely you eating gobs of beef. :) You look so vibrant and healthy... I want that look, too! THanks again, from Portlandia Oregon.

My hero 😂❤
I don’t think about the it’s or cakes 🍰 I think about where I can buy the fattiest rib eye or Japanese wagyu - that’s a definite treat now 👍😍🥩
Yes it is such a slippery slope!! So glad to see back and stronger than ever!!!
Great video! I love the pre-wing-meal patties! I've totally done that! It's a great way to eat what you need, save money, and also socialize like a regular person! 😊😉
😂😂 glad I am not alone! And thank you for always being a sounding board and voice of reason for me!!
For mayonnaise use an immersion blender. Done in a minute! I have not done bacon mayo, but avocado oil turned out great and fresh. Better than any store bought.
Full recipe please???
Very fresh.
You are such an inspiration! Fun to watch & learn from and your skin looks amazing :)
You look fantastic, so what you are eating is clearing working! Thanks for giving me some new ideas for different meats I can try
Oh good glad it was helpful! Thanks!
I love being carnivore and watching you is lots of fun but what really cracks me up is that your “dinner plates” are cutting boards!! Even your kids eat off of cutting boards!
😂😂😂 sometimes they use kid plates but they just want to be like us most times.
Great strategies for social eating while carnivore.
Great video. I am more of a freestyle person just go with the flow of what my body says. New to the game lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks. Probably all water 🤣. But have a 30 pound goal more to loose. I need to stay focused which is challenging at times with my household only me eating this way. I will survive and I like the group fasting.

Infinity, I believe the homemade mayo is quite special in that it uses bacon grease as the only fat source.
@@patsypureheart3294 I could be wrong- happens a lot =) - but I think she said it was regular mayo, that she had not "gone that far yet" in making bacon mayo? Also, she may have mentioned using some Adobo seasoning in that chicken salad~ sounds SO good!

Thanks Laura! Watching how you eat is helping this newbie!😉
You are inspiring me to keep this up girl!
You are very awesome! God bless!
laura i believe if you remove dairy completely from your diet you will lose faster and when you reach your goal weight you can put them back...there is something in dairy that stalls a lot some people just an advise if you want to do it...
She did remove dairy completely for over a year. Then added some back.
That T-Shirt is nothing short of epic!
I love it! Haha
I enjoy watching you so much, Laura. You make it so attainable and real. Very relatable. Oh! I meant to tell you...I watched a video of yours a couple weeks ago where you mentioned putting the fat in the air fryer. Omg, that little tip was a TOTAL game changer for me!! I’m so proud of myself now for finishing all the day I know I should be eating. Thank you 😊
Hi Laura, love your channel. I use can chicken, cream cheese & pickled jalapenos. So delicious and filling! Thank you so much for being here! Jen

This is a great video. Helpful. Thank you! I have the same stuff rolling around in my brain.
Good stuff. 👍🏻
For me that really it...I don't eat much ground beef for that reason. Salt helps me a lot too.
i'm switching from keto to Carnivore. Hopeful this will break my stall so I can lose the last 20. which are a real challenge. Love your honesty . While watching you I ate pork belly and an egg. LOL
I was watching your part 1 video and when I got home I made bacon w eggs and a turkey patti it made me crave carnivore !
I’ve been curious about going carnivore for ages now! I have Maria Emmerich’s Carnivore cookbook, but haven’t done anything with it.
