My doctor is awesome. She recommended I try Keto to control diabetes. I'm so proud to say that as of 5/5/21 I am no longer diabetic. My A1C went from 8.5 to 5.3. I take NO insulin or Metformin now. My blood pressure meds are now half what they were. Keto has worked miracles but the inflammation is still a problem so I am trying to figure out which veggies set it off. I am doing intermittent fasting, and one meal day some days and am incorporating carnivore slowly. I was born and raised on vegetables so it's a mental thing for me.
This is so precious. I wish my cherished, beloved mother was still here on this earth so that I could teach her about the carnivore and fasting lifestyle. I know her type 2 diabetes would have been cured, as would her pain (inflammation). I lost my mother far too early. I miss her every single day.
@@altahanekom350 oh no no, im a meat eater but i couldnt do carnivore for more than a few days. Kudos to anyone who can. I did keto, I was a bad diabetic so the sugars and starches are what I cut out.
I'm 65 and male, I have degenerative disk disease. Depression and pain brought me up to 325 lbs by 2018. I decided I needed to get my weight down. Last April 2019 I started Keto. Today Sept 7, 2019 I weigh 245. My blood sugar was never real high, but I could not get it below 110 until I started intermittent fasting. For the last two months I have been 1 meal a day. 80% of the pain in my back is gone, inflammation in may hands and ankle is mostly gone. And most amazingly I have energy again to do projects and go places. I'm 5'10" so I have a ways to go, I would like to get down to 180 or lower, we'll see what happens.
Persistence and good daily habits are the key! I'm sure you will succeed my boyfriend did but it took 5 yrs to lose 65 lbs...because he refuses to exercise (changes diet only)
Your mom and I are almost identical. I am about to turn 61 and I am diabetic and have hashimotos. My thyroid levels fluctuated so then did my meds! I went carnivore for over a full year. Then Covid hit and I went back to my old ways of stress eating. I am gearing up to do carnivore again. It is the diet where I feel absolutely amazing! Your mom inspires me. ☺
I have been carnivore for 20 weeks. I have just turned 58. I had to do something because I was unable to walk from the car into the house without panting! The doctor told me she thought it was congestive heart disease, and ordered a ton of tests but I had no insurance. I said if I live thru Xmas I will change what I need to get healthy. I did start Keto for 2 weeks and still had terrible cravings, wanted to cheat after every meal. Then I had a giant steak for supper one night with a small serving of broccoli and cheese-That felt so satisfying! and the next day I heard about carnivore and that clicked! I spent the next months at work with my headphones in listening to the carnivore doctors and even some detractors, but I was clearly on the right path! My chest stopped hurting, my anemia and thyroid seemed to cix themselves, my skin improved, the arthritis and swelling went down by far, and I slept like a baby! The minor thing was the weight loss but it became a bit of a tracking marker. I am down 61.5 lbs now at a rate of slightly over a half lb a day...I look better by the major thing is I feel 12 years younger than I did 6 months ago! What a change! And Free from cravings! I do a dirty carnivore but now I feel bad right away and know what it is from...
Thank you for writing this, I'm 59 and just come across carnivore, started 2 days ago, been keto off and on for yrs with no weight loss, and the last few months my food intolerances have exploded. I've always been confused with what is triggering me and this will make it easy I hope, although have to get my head around it being healthy as we look at greens as being healthy. Thank you and take care 😊
Agree. I’m 44-46 kg since my adult life (46 year old now) but I wanted to try IF after hearing all the benefits. I have tried about 2 months now and 3 weeks into IF, my fungus infected toe nail healed naturally (which was there about a year already). Amazing!
@@rikicakecreations1615 That's what I've been thinking. Fasting is Biblical and so for a reason. I am trying this for the first time in my life and regret now that I haven't before. And never knew what I do now before my mom became ill😥
This video was so inspiring for me! I began my journey 12-26-2020. One year prior to starting my weight loss journey, I quit smoking, 3 packs of cigarettes a day, cold turkey. So far I am doing well. Lost 16 pounds in 30 days. Listening to someone my age inspires me even more. Thank you.
I was dirty keto and OMAD for 6 years and lost 150 lbs. I could never lose the last 30. I started carnivore a week ago and feel amazing. This channel is what made me try it. Thank you❤️
love this video. I started carnivore diet 3 months ago and have had my joint aches and migraines disappear. Was a vegetarian for 20 years and vegan the last 2 years.Every morning i started my day with greens and blueberries smoothy and would get a migraine on the way to work.My knee joints would hurt after linch of avocado and broccoli. i watch all the pbs shows on brain health and they pushed veganism as the way to optimal health and i kelp getting sicker smd sicke. One day while playing with my phone i ran across a video on the carnivore diet and how it relieved joint pain and inflammation. I wad intrigued amd wanted to try it but being very weary because i had been brainwashed into veganism. Three months in ive lost 15 pounds joint pain gone inflammation gome and best of aa migraines gone. Im feeling youmg again. Best of all i mo longer watch dr.Oz dr.Ammon amd all the other doctors pushing the vegetable agendas. I so happy i broke free of this cult.and found health again
Well, for 2.5 million years we slowly EVOLVED into HUMANS because of our meat, fat, offal and fish diets. The Inuit lived for thousands of years on this continent eating walrus, seal, whale blubber and fish. Not much Kale in the arctic north. Old human fossils show zero dental caries, unlike the wheat-eating Egyptian mummies beginning only 25,000 years ago...who ate mostly carbs and whose teeth were painfully rotted out (inflammation). They also had big atherosclerotic plaques and short lives.
Wow, can't imagine a vegan eating meat. I eat everything but organ meat but I can't imagine that I can only eat meat 😞. I love watching you all. I am 60, female and do 2MAD,but I eat ANYTHING I like and I weigh what I weighed when I was 18.
So how did you cope when people asked about your transition back to meat? I have been vegetarian for 30 years and in the last few months started eating meat. Not sure how to discuss it -not that it’s really anyone’s business but just curious people handle it.
am 73 and 5 months in.. better late than never... insulin down, blood pressure down, sugar cravings gone, walking an hour a day; sleeping well.. all the best to those taking the leap!
I'm 67 and I've lost 35 pounds in 6 months doing Keto and intermittent fasting and it's the only time that it has stayed off with any lifestyle change . I've lost an other 5 in the next year, not really trying and cheating a lot.
Greetings Ms. Baker, There are so many RUclips videos about keto out there. Dr. Berg, Thomas De Lauer, Dr. Nick and more will really educate you and I’m sure you will be motivated to give it an earnest attempt one you feel positive that you have a good understanding of it. You can also type in to the RUclips search for things like easy keto meals and keto desserts… There is a wealth of information on RUclips. God bless!
I am so happy for you both, we are doing the same , my daughter has T2 Dia, so we started couple years ago no carbs veggies and meat, she improved sugar, but not enough… now we have no veggies, meat eggs water cheese a little , we feel so great… I am 80 and my joint paint is really going away, feeling good full of energy , that is that feeling when you are in your twenties, God Bless you ladies, enjoy your rib eye and we ‘ll do the same , great food great taste great results for better health, ❤all meds are out❤
I just turned 66, so I really appreciate your mother's example. There's not a lot of us old folks around doing this, and our families do think we're crazy, but the health issues really start getting exponentially worse at a certain point in time. I really admire those of you younger people who are wise enough to do this before your health conditions become life threatening.
Thank you. I’m 76yo and have lost 77 lbs since 2/25/18. So glad you have regained your health. You’re a wonderful witness to what can be done on the diet. Hopefully, your story will get wide distribution.
This was an awesome video. I , at 69 years and 1 year down with Keto am so happy to hear other mature ladies still will try new things to help them be healthy and able to enjoy their family. 👍👏 Thanks for sharing, it is very inspirational.
Yes! I’m already 37 # down @ 70! Bless the keto way of eating. Want to try intermittent fasting and only eating carnivore. When I look back it seems that is when I lost the most so far!
At 62 after countless rounds of diets and vegetarianism went all in with Keto. Still Hard to eat meat when I’m thinking of animals suffering. :-/. but First thing that changed is my energy level and brain power...Aiming for one 1-2 meals per day.
It was your mother’s example that influenced me! I started researching on RUclips right after watching this video on January29th or 30th 2021. On Feb 1st I started the ketogenic diet. It is eight months later and I’ve lost 40 lbs. I actually slowed down on purpose for the last month because I didn’t want to shrink out of my summer wardrobe LOL. I’m now going back to the program and look forward to the next 10lb loss. Thank you both so much. You have helped me incredibly along with all the other wonderful videos on RUclips
Life celebrations are meant to be reasonable and limited. Same with the cake, ice cream, pizza, and alcohol. The problem is that we live in the land of excess. A single piece of cake once every 3-4 months isn't going to make you obese. A couple of drinks once every 3-4 months isn't going to make you a raging alcoholic. Going out of a SLICE of pizza or a SCOOP of ice cream once every 3-4 months isn't going to lead to diabetes and obesity. Now, Laura's mom has a bit of an excuse with the thyroid problems, but still. If you eat healthy 360 days a year and have some reasonable fun 5 days a year, you'll be okay. I'm saying this not as a thin and fit person who has never known what it's like to be fat. I was 5'10" and 305 pounds because I was eating and drinking garbage nearly every day. I used to be a US Marine and trained 4-5 days per week in martial arts for 14 years. So I also know what it was like to be fit and muscular. So I know the dangers of what I speak. I'm now down to 250 with about 25 pounds to go to reach my ideal (not BMI because my legs are still like tree trunks from the martial arts I studied and I'm broad-shouldered. At my BMI weight, I would look like I have advanced AIDS or like I just got out of a Nazi concentration camp)
That's probably a result of coming from families that had almost nothing. We are so blessed today we exist in a constant state of feasting. So we reach for the "treats" because we're so damned blessed. But we're also seeing the society wide side effects of this in the form of disease. Turns out hard times were probably better for your health... lol
@@LauraSpath I think the real posion is too much sugar and wheat-based products; the scorge of the world. Where ever the terrible American toxic diet goes, DMT2 and CAD are sure to follow.
When I do keto, I still have inflammation in my ankles as well. I am sure it is all over, but it really shows in my ankles. When I do carnivore, ALL inflammation goes away. The first 5-6 days of eating carnivore, I peed my brains out!!!! I lost 9.6 lbs of water weight in five days, and the swelling in my ankles went away. It was awesome! Carnivore is the way to eat for me. Congrats on your mom's success. #meatheals
For you, what is the difference between keto and carnivore? Do you mean when you do keto, do you mean that you still include vegetables? I'm curious because I've been struggling to do strict carnivore and keep adding the carbs back in because of it. It's frustrating so I just want to learn from others' experiences.
@@wordivore sounds like Laura and her Mother have reduced their dietary needs to a high percentage of carnivore/animal foods only... removing all vegetables.

Both of you are so beautiful! So happy you both are where you're happy in your life and health. I've lost 55lbs so far with keto/carnivore and paleo cheat days! This lifestyle has really changed my life and I feel amazing! I'm so happy for this supportive community. I used to be vegan and it really made me overweight and sick, changing to keto I've never felt better! Plus the keto carnivore community is so amazing! Good luck at all of your endeavours and keep on being an inspiration!
Congrats. A very informative and positive story of your success. I started at 61. I lost 107 lbs. and have maintained for over a year. I'm now 64. I go between carnivore and straight keto just to mix things up. I have never felt better as an adult. Keep up the EXCELLENT work and looking forward to your next check in.
Very inspiring. I’m 62 and just feel so frustrated. I’ve been at a standstill for months, having started keto last year. I’m so glad you guys get to visit each other often!!
Thank you again Laura and Melissa for helping to spread the word because we are certainly not getting it from the so called professionals in the medical field. I told my Doctor (ex doctor now) almost 2 years ago that I was going on the ketogenic diet, she got a worried look on her face and told me to make sure that I eat some whole grains. On the ketogenic diet I lost almost 70 pounds, reversed metabolic syndrome, no longer have symptoms of Ulcerative Colitis, pain in my joints have disappeared, sinuses stopped running, brain stopped degenerating even improved, etc.
A fabulous story! I only wish my parents would listen to me. So cool that your mom is comfortable on camera as she will probably inspire other moms. ❤❤
Same ☹, my dad was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol and high blood pressure and 2 months ago my sister and I were diagnosed the same so we started keto I lost 19 lbs and my sister 12lbs... but my dad won't have it we tell him to keep away from carbs and we get frustrated that he won't listen💔💔💔

Started keto 7 months ago 15 kg down, my diabetes is extremely well managed I’m off metformin and hoping to get off insulin soon. The benefits I have gained are more energy, sleeping much better, less pain in joints etc etc etc. Like you it was my daughter who told me all about Keto, aren’t we lucky to have such great daughters 😍
Thank you for allowing us to meet your mum, what an amazing lady. I cannot thank her enough for sharing her journey. I am where she was diabetes wise, on the fence about going full carnivore but not anymore. If I can reduce my meds by even half I'll be doing a happy dance. Hope you enjoyed those rib eyes :-D
This is the kind of down to earth heart felt testimony that clearly shows the true benefits of the carnivore diet. You're both awesome, thank you and God bless you both.
Hi there, I have been told by my Dr to go vegan. I have IGA nephropathy ,Arthritis , autoimmune disease ,metabolic syndrome , and thyroid issues. What are thoughts on my situation as far as keto or carnivore goes.
@@charie212 look at Dr Peter Glidden and his advice on quiting wheat barley oats and the first that will definitely help the RA a get you started on understanding how the many things in plants can be detrimental. There is a lot to understand Dr Glidden can help you understand the technical side then as your understanding increases the keto diet makes more sense but it has limitations due to the plants that are still promoted to eat.when you go full carnivore and do one meal a day as well as intermittent fasting you can get a better idea of what you definitely should not eat and what you can get away with. Listen to your body and the the Holy Spirit and the answers to bring healing will come but it takes time and effort and experimentation which can lead to some failures but you will keep learning. Don't be too surprised when you find out most of what you were taught about food no longer works. My personal feeling is yes much of the old science was just wrong but there has been some undefined environmental changes that are also involved. Fungal biofilms are my best guess as something that is causing much of the food intolerance. It's all extremely complicated but you must go one step at a time. Good luck and God bless you.
Thank you so much for sharing! I am 60 years old with Hashimoto's. I have been Keto since June 2020 and got down 40 pounds but have stalled. I need to take another 45 pounds more off. I’m considering going carnivore since I feel the difference. I was diagnosed with a fatty liver. Dr said no carbs, alcohol or sugar. Your mom sure is an inspiration.
Today is my one-year keto/carnivore anniversary! And I hit 50 lbs. lost today! I know that’s not fast but I am nearly 68 years old, so I am happy with that. Melissa, my 84-year-old mother asks me often when I am going to start eating “normal” again. 🤣. And she doesn’t even know about carnivore. She thinks I am still keto.

Your mum has been indoctrinated for years and just won’t realise how hog washed she has been by the System. At 84 she doesn’t really need to know anyway, you will be the proof for her.
It's great that you had your mom on. We appreciate all the young & mid age folks who share their journey. Those of us ladies over 65 know the up hill climb being post menopausal and the challenges that health & life can throw in the way. Fairly new to keto though have been doing intermittent fasting for a long time & cut most processed foods and sugars out awhile ago. It seems my body has adjusted to this lifestyle and holds onto fat. Hoping to see changes as I modify my eating even further.
Ive been doing Keto for a little over 7 months. Ive lost 60 lbs and i feel amazing. Im 36 and i was 280 at my heaviest 5’2”. I was diabetic for 4 years and was on Xigduo 1,000mg. I made some changes when i became a diabetic and completely cut starbucks out of my diet. Im not a coffee drinker but i loved their chai teas and would often drink 2 per day. Once i realized how mush sugar was in it i decided that i couldnt do it. I brought my A1C from a 10.4 to a 6.8. I continued eating bread, rice, cookies, pasta ect because i had convinced myself i couldnt lose the weight. Fast forward 4 years i was just as heavier. Had developed heart palpitations, noticed my heart rate skyrocket with just simply walking around the park, lots of inflammation, missed periods, and my knee had swollen up and I thought i had injured it at the gym. I started Keto and within 30 days the inflammation was WAY down, the pain in my knee disappeared, and i felt better than i had felt in a long time. Like i said ive lost 60 lbs, the heart palpitations are gone, i have way more energy and my periods are now normal. Im incorporating some IF here and there and considering the carnivore diet to help shed the last 60 lbs i need to lose. Im no longer diabetic!

YOU ARE SUCH AN INSPIRATION! 👍🥰🥳
VERY Inspiring!!! I have just turned 61. I've been on Keto and now going more KetoVore.
What the hell man I’m so confuse
1👏👏👏❣
Thank you for writing this, I'm 59 and just come across carnivore, started 2 days ago, been keto off and on for yrs with no weight loss, and the last few months my food intolerances have exploded. I've always been confused with what is triggering me and this will make it easy I hope, although have to get my head around it being healthy as we look at greens as being healthy. Thank you and take care 😊
THIS is SOOO AWESOME to show someone going at this journey who isn't in their 30s! Thank you!
Great job and kudos to your mom!
Yes! Dr Jason Fung is a health savior! He is a must for diabetic patients. Love that man!
👏😊👏😊👏😊👏😊‼️
This guy saved my life.
Your mom is awesome. She looks fantastic. (She’s so natural on camera.)
She IS a natural, I agree.
Fasting is one of the most important things you can do for your body regardless of your weight.
Cheese not carnivore but congrats
Agree. I’m 44-46 kg since my adult life (46 year old now) but I wanted to try IF after hearing all the benefits. I have tried about 2 months now and 3 weeks into IF, my fungus infected toe nail healed naturally (which was there about a year already). Amazing!
And it's in the Bible too and Jesus fasted for 40 days. I did it too... It's not that difficult but it's not easy on one's social life
@@rikicakecreations1615 That's what I've been thinking.
Thank you.
Congratulations on quitting smoking. The weight loss too but that's a milestone.
Tremendous work! I gained so much weight when I quit smoking. You are truly dedicated to your health. Congratulations.
I was dirty keto and OMAD for 6 years and lost 150 lbs. I could never lose the last 30. I started carnivore a week ago and feel amazing. This channel is what made me try it. Thank you❤️
Update?
Hi Sharon, I hope you are healthy and great. If possible, could you update? You are an inspiration.
Excellent testimony. Thanks for sharing. Very encouraging. I'm 58, have had similar health history. Now am off diabetes meds, doing well on carnivore.
Wow Congratulations!!
love this video.
I so happy i broke free of this
cult.and found health again
Did you eat only once a day?
So how did you cope when people asked about your transition back to meat? I have been vegetarian for 30 years and in the last few months started eating meat. Not sure how to discuss it -not that it’s really anyone’s business but just curious people handle it.
I’d the vegan diet for 6 months. Never ever again. I don’t recommend it at all!!!!!worst diet ever!
I’m 64. This is encouraging for my struggle. It is REAL!! I thought my age was going to make it impossible.
Not impossible at all!!! You can do it!!
am 73 and 5 months in.. better late than never... insulin down, blood pressure down, sugar cravings gone, walking an hour a day; sleeping well.. all the best to those taking the leap!
I'm 67 and I've lost 35 pounds in 6 months doing Keto and intermittent fasting and it's the only time that it has stayed off with any lifestyle change . I've lost an other 5 in the next year, not really trying and cheating a lot.
Greetings Ms. Baker,
There are so many RUclips videos about keto out there. God bless!
Dr. Ken Berry is great also!
I am so happy for you both, we are doing the same , my daughter has T2 Dia, so we started couple years ago no carbs veggies and meat, she improved sugar, but not enough… now we have no veggies, meat eggs water cheese a little , we feel so great… I am 80 and my joint paint is really going away, feeling good full of energy , that is that feeling when you are in your twenties, God Bless you ladies, enjoy your rib eye and we ‘ll do the same , great food great taste great results for better health, ❤all meds are out❤
Wow, your mom looks incredible, at least 10 years younger than she is, amazing!!
I totally agree
She has had cosmetic surgery...it is so obvious .

68, and keto strong!
66 and Keto too!
66 been on keto almost 2 yrs... still
In pain now starting carnivore!! Thanks for all the encouragement!! You both look great !!
63 and never felt better. Started keto in 2015 and carnivore in 2017.
Same here! Just wish I'd known this woe 20 yrs ago!! Age 63 .....never going back to the SAD diet!!
Thank you. I’m 76yo and have lost 77 lbs since 2/25/18. So glad you have regained your health. You’re a wonderful witness to what can be done on the diet. Hopefully, your story will get wide distribution.
Wow,how are you today. Please update.
Your mom is beautiful and amazing, very intelligent doing her own research making her decision, and sharing her book with her Doctor. Love her. ❤
Beautiful people... In all honesty, you guy's are saving lives by giving all of us an example ... and HOPE! Thanks, God Bless y'all.
This was an awesome video. I , at 69 years and 1 year down with Keto am so happy to hear other mature ladies still will try new things to help them be healthy and able to enjoy their family. 👍👏 Thanks for sharing, it is very inspirational.
Brenda Douglas 63 and on Keto
Yes! I’m already 37 # down @ 70! Bless the keto way of eating. Want to try intermittent fasting and only eating carnivore. When I look back it seems that is when I lost the most so far!
Penny Brown Congrats.
Brenda Douglas so you don’t veggies either? Just meat
Thank you for posting this. We need more success stories for us older folks
Isn’t it odd that all our life celebrations call for poison------cake, ice cream, pizza, alcohol. So sad.
Yes Unbelievable! I realize it even more having kids.
Where ever the terrible American toxic diet goes, DMT2 and CAD are sure to follow.
narfola No, not sad, just habits we haven’t broken yet.
#meatheals
Yes!! We are both the same way!! Meat heals!!
For you, what is the difference between keto and carnivore? Do you mean when you do keto, do you mean that you still include vegetables? I'm curious because I've been struggling to do strict carnivore and keep adding the carbs back in because of it. It's frustrating so I just want to learn from others' experiences.
Tamara_Loe Yes!! I’m noticing that too and didn’t realize why! I’m peeing so much and didn’t connect the dots. Thank you 😊
me too --all carnivore , no pain in knees at all
@@wordivore sounds like Laura and her Mother have reduced their dietary needs to a high percentage of carnivore/animal foods only... removing all vegetables.

@@TSunshineful I don't think there is one, but hard cheeses are the best I believe. And shredded yourself.

You need to stress your metabolism. Try one meal a day and see how that works.
I really hope I can convince my 58yo wife with Type 2 to watch this. Thank you ladies for sharing this critically important story.
So glad you didnt listen!! My dr is talking about how cool plant based diets are...I am looking for a new dr.

Thanks to your mom. I'm a post menopausal woman, and I love hearing such great testimony about carnivore. Keep on sharing your story. 💜💜

AVOID SHREDDED CHEESE!!!! It's coated with starch (I believe) to keep it from sticking together. Use block cheese
you are correct. Don't buy shredded cheese for anything.
Mary Raines yes you are so right. Potato starch.
And those with autoimmune conditions, avoid cheese entirely and get on the AIP diet.
some shredded cheese has cellulose (can't be digested by us), pretty much wood pulp
Mary Raines you're soooo right. Shredded cheese from Trader Joe's might be ok but I'd have to double check

I love to see older women still taking care of themselves
What a stupid comment, like it would be normal at any age not to take care of self.
Teresa Lehtonen kick rocks with no shoes dummy. I see a lot of older women not taking care of themselves because they spend their time taking care of their family kids and grandchildren and neglect themselves. If your keyboard killer self can’t say anything nice then stfu.
Right on! I have aunts that just think they are ok because they’ve cooked and eatin the same way all their lives... because they are “ok”. Never mind the diabetes and high blood pressure and other ailments. We ARE talking about an older woman here.
It was how you said that came across as “stupid”. It comes across like you know ALL older women don’t take care of themselves.

Such a nice relationship you two have! More like best friends. So beautiful.

Way to go! I'm almost a year on "dirty" keto and am so excited about all the health benefits, that I am holding a Keto class, just sharing random videos and trying to spread the news. I am so excited for you!
@@billiejohoward7443 Have you started this keto/carnivore diet yet? Im interested to know if youve made any changes yet and recieved any help?
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes I am 33 year old female and well started keto 2 months ago lost 19 lbs and my glucose level stays around 90 no meds. I am going to try carnivore tomorrow today I ate veggies with tilapia fillet . New sub,💜
My mother is 88 & started this wow after my 3rd week in! She’s awesome!🙌🏼
You and your mother are gorgeous and glowing! Thank you for sharing this!
So nice to meet your mom. What an encouraging story! You guys are helping me to start carnivore after loosing 45 lbs. In 2016-2017. And then gaining back 35 lbs and being totally frustrated. So I quit keto and indulged in Reese’s and Ice cream and all kinds of treats throwing my blood sugar into the danger zone. I recently started again with keto and then found your channel. ❤️
Great testimony! I’ve been on Keto for 8 mos. Off and on during that time. But when I do it consistently I’m not losing much. Thinking about going carnivore, but still doing the research. Thanks for sharing.
Your mom is beautiful on the inside and out!!
Mother and daughter “carnivores”, awesome 👏Thank you for the authenticity!!! 😃
Thanks for your video. I am 74 and have been keto for three months and have lost 22 pounds so far. I found out other members of my family were on Keto but we were just keeping it to ourselves and had to LOL when we found out we were both on it. My son has lost 50 pounds and I know that this is the way to eat for my family.
I love the food and eat twice a day.
Wow very proud of you! Keep it up!
Similar story with me. Nothing worked but Keto and IF. Fortunately, no meds. Congratulations ❤️❤️❤️
