Bratwurst Sausages with Peppers and Onions - Recipe/How To

As per usual; I'm not reinventing the wheel here but sometimes you've just got to make some Brats with Peppers and Onions the easy way.
5 Bratwurst Sausages
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
Cut the Onion and Peppers to your desired sizes/cuts and saute over medium/high heat until softened and even crispy if you like. Add salt and Pepper to taste.
Put the brats in a baking dish and cover with the sauteed onions and peppers, cover with foil and bake @ 350F until sausages are cooked through.
From here; you can plate and serve or place onto a bun with other condiments, etc.
Good old time favorites aren't always overly complicated or time consuming.
