I had a long wait today at the doctor`s office, and nobody was around in the waiting room but me, so I put on my headphones and did this in the waiting room from the comfort of my wheelchair with a few small modifications here and there. It helped pass the time and also helped with stiffness. Thank you!"

Thanks! I liked the palm gentle press below one collar bone as the head turned to the other side. Sitting in chair forward fold also helped activate my spine more.
