Great for if you have a spinal cord injury like me and need a good cardio workout that uses your upper body. Very good stretches for neck and shoulders for those tense muscles.

Too many ads interrupting the workout. I used to do this with only one ad at the beginning. I'm not chair bound but for years have found this to be a good workout to give my lower body a rest from long distance biking & walking and other body conditioning classes where I stand a lot.
This is great exercise! I have painful neuropathy in my feet and have been looking for a good cardio exercise video that doesn't impact my feet. I add a few foot moves during some of the exercises to try and get a full body workout.
I'm not in a wheelchair, but I injured my knee. These are a Godsend as I wanted to continue to exercise but due to the pain in my knee I couldn't. Thanks so much!

This is great for non weight bearing exercise. Especially helpful when my knee is not cooperating. I add some gentle leg movement and step up the pace of the upper body movements. This keeps me on track for a 35 minute cardio workout. Thank you for posting.
This was really nice. I have a knee injury and am not weight-bearing yet on one leg. It felt really good to move. The only thing I would like differently is that I wasn't wanting to slow down when it slowed down just after the highest intensity aerobic feeling. I wanted to keep going then, as that was when it felt so good to be moving.
I love this workout! Helping my core. This is a great way to get ready for spring and summer rolling. Hopeful for no shoulders, arms, and wrist injuries this year. Not a lot of wheeling in The North over winter. Do you have a rough idea on how many calories this workout burns? I agree with the others. I would love other workouts by you. I have found very few as useful as this one is. Thanks!
love this have a fractured foot so cant do any standing aerobics I marched in place while sitting with this but really got your heart rate up at times Best music too

I have MS and have lost the.use of my legs. This is one of the best upper body workouts!
