I'm born and raised in Atlanta and the Falcons have mastered the art of choking! It's no other way to put it. I knew Brady was coming back in the 4th to take the game you could just feel it. Penalties, poor play calling, and the worst clock management know to the sports world is reason they lost.
King DEUCE they rigged the game both teams its just for your entertainment i know people can get side track by halftime show but it was obvious it was rigged
LOL. you have to be some kind of special to say that game was rigged lmao. Do you even watch these games? Jesus man. have some common sense. 99.9% of the time the simplest and most logical answer is the correct one.
"Seems to be intelligent" - he's articulate but if you listen he's not saying much. Didn't he always promote QB's that fed him? Jay Cutler. Ryan Fitzpatrick. Two big losers for their team. Nice jovial presentation, but often wrong. I was a Patriot fans, and was always grateful that when the game was on the line he dropped passes that were put right in his arms.
Up 28-3 with the league MVP and lose the game but everyone else other than Ryan is to blame? Defense gave you 2 turnovers and a pick 6. Freeman had 70 yds and a td on 11 carries and Julio made 2 ridiculous catches and erased what should've been a pick by Ryan. He's been blessed with ridiculous offensive talent for most of his career and has failed to get it done. He's simply a good but not great QB
I never lost faith in the pats, I kept saying second half we can bounce back an adjust FAL RB went down they started slowing down no longer out pacing pats an boom comeback, reason I believe remember the comeback vs ravens
Rabid wolverine the Broncos comeback is what had me believing. I feel for the Falcons fans don't wish that kind of pain on anyone, I remember the feeling of the David Tyree catch...can finally let it go cuz of Julian's catch.
@@fernandoencisoestrada1013 , I told my brother-in-law that if we can come back down 24 to Manning and that Denver D, we can certainly comeback down 25 to Ryan.
The even more incredible thing about Brady is that he is ALWAYS so close to winning it all even when he doesn't. Last year- the great comeback vs the Rams. If Suh recovers Stafford's fumble on the 1st play of the Rams drive, Bucs kick winning FG and HOST tired 49ers and easily beat them to get be favored over Bengals in 11th Super Bowl. The Pats blew huge lead in 2007 AFC Championship game (up 15 at half) because they got too conservative. Bad coaching by Belichick. They'd have EASILY defeated the Bears (as Peyton did) and Brady would be at 10 titles. Then the 2 Giants losses in the Super Bowl due to ridiculous catches (as mentioned in the video) That should've been 12 Super Bowl rings for Brady. Then, his GREATEST performance in a Super Bowl- a record 505 yards passing. Belichick blew that game by benching Malcolm Butler and his replacement got constantly burned. Brady should have 13 rings. He's beyond incredible.
It's hilarious that you're trying to say that Brady was UNlucky in that Rams game. The Rams gave him 3 extremely dumb turnovers, including an early snap, and the kicker hit a 47 yarder SHORT. They were basically handing him that game.
There were 3 holding calls in last quarter against the falcons.. That was the turning point, each call resulted in a first down.. The ref's wisked them across the field and it resulted in a touchdown! Take the holding calls out of the game, and Atlanta would have won the Superbowl..
Yes it resulted in a touchdown...for the other team. Brady threw a pick-6 that drive. So no, taking the holding calls would not have resulted in an Atlanta victory. Also all three of those holding calls were legitimate.
Michael Irving always directs the conversation to; himself, his position, or a catch. I turn off any interview where Michael Irvin starts talking or interrupting anyone on the panel.
Didn't they lose.only by 2 points in that Denver game ? Or is that a year later that game cause I remember them losing to Denver a few years ago and coming back to need a 2 point conversation ..witch they missed cause 17 men tackled brink before the pass ..lol just like the Seattle game in this season..
I've heard a theory about you only needing the refs to throw a game. Theory goes that you can call pass interference and/or holding against the defence on pretty much every play if you want to as it basically happens on most plays. So all you need is for the refs to do that and you pretty much slant the game in one teams favour. A lot of calls in both halves against Atlanta that didn't sit right with me at all, and that's coming from someone in the UK who just likes to watch a good game, I don't support any team in particular.
"A lot of calls"? They took two penalties in the second half, one inconsequential on the first two-point conversion and one obvious offensive hold that took them far out of field goal range. In the first half, they took three obvious holds on the same drive (smart strategy, since those holds negated big passing plays, and if you get called for a lot of holds in a short timespan the refs will be less prone to call them later) and that drive led to a pick-six from Brady. Only other penalty was the blatant pass interference on Bennett in OT which saved the game until two plays later. Refs had nothing to do with the comeback. Only bad call of the game was the one that negated the blocked PAT by McClellin. If that hadn't been called, the Pats would've only needed one 2-pt conversion. As far as non-calls go, there were plenty both ways, nothing consequential that I can think of.
There is a lot of proof and tell me this isn't it kinda funny how Atlanta was 28 to 3 in halftime and the patriots some how came alive in the 4 quarter with barely enough time
Kyle Smith It's called a comeback, it happens. Bad play calling and a forced strip sack. If the patriots see a window, they're gonna take it. Just because a team makes an amazing comeback doesn't mean the game was 'rigged.' If anything, the league wouldve rigged it so Atlanta would win simply for ratings because EVERYBODY in the united states was rooting for Atlanta. Falcons got too comfortable. They played so hard in the first 3 quarters that by 4th quarter, nobody had the gas to stop the Patriots who finally got a step up in the last quarter. It was simply a team that tried so hard against a team that took there time and took advantage of the chances they were given. Patriots are the only dynasty we have right now, and they're the best in the 97 years of the NFL. Don't call it a scandal or 'rigged,' it was the single greatest comeback and probably the Greatest Super bowl. Give them props instead of nitpicking on why Atlanta didn't win. They blew a 28-3 lead because of Tom Brady and Bill Bellicheck. That's it.
The person making the extraordinary claim is the one that needs proof. Saying "well, you can't prove it wasn't rigged!" is backwards logic. Anyone can make any crazy claim without proof, and these claims have no merit and deserve no attention without actual evidence.
The proof is in the play calls.. Recap, 4th quarter there were 3 holding calls all of which resulted in First downs.. Thank the ref's for great officiating in pushing the Patriots across the field for a TD! Brady gets his momentum back when things are going his way.. Take them 3 holding calls out of the game and Falcons would surely been celebrating a win!!!
Has anyone else wondered why Atlantas Radio signals went dead? And the patriots didn't? Which cost the falcons a timeout and killed the hurry up momentum
The day the Patriots destroyed the Atlanta falcons franchise and Matt Ryan QB in biggest come back in super bowl history also losing QB in NFL history losing to the Vikings

Brandon Marshall seems to be intelligent. What's he doing on the Jets?
$..... lol
Jackass Whisky and Pinto Beans Lmao

That's when I knew he was really having mental health issues myself

jamesspitflames true, as much i like matty
He needs to move on.
His window in Atlanta has closed, has the past few years have shown.
28 points should be more than enough points to win. Did Ryan let Patriots score?
They did so well, just messed up at the worst times
Its situational football you have to change your strategy at some point to protect your lead and win falcons missed that opportunity
I never lost faith in the pats, I kept saying second half we can bounce back an adjust FAL RB went down they started slowing down no longer out pacing pats an boom comeback, reason I believe remember the comeback vs ravens

why do simms and boomer look like brothers or at the very least 1st cousins?
Still my favorite SB
Atlanta was exhausted by the 4th quarter. Defense, hardly left the field. Exhausted!!
The decision by Dan Quinn to challenge Edelman’s catch was a bad idea, especially since they lost their final timeout.
hey now ... we are 2/4 for losing after those types of catches :P
1:57 finally somebody says the truth
poor play calling!!! boo not cool
Marshall thinks it's his show, I mute it whenever it's his turn to talk. Show is great otherwise.

With that logic, basically all of his SB runs have major plays that were out of his control that went his way, so I guess they don't count.
It's hilarious that you're trying to say that Brady was UNlucky in that Rams game. The Rams gave him 3 extremely dumb turnovers, including an early snap, and the kicker hit a 47 yarder SHORT. They were basically handing him that game.
and scores that many points

+RC Orozco What's a pick-6?
MrJohnnyDistortion when the defence intercepts the ball and takes it home for a TD
+Jmvnn Thank ya, thank ya very much.
Jmvnn ummmmmmm they were all fucking holding tho lol

ok i so robinson was wide open deep downfield but y freeman didnt block well.never no regardless ik they was trying to end the game.but it backfired
omg Robinson left everybody it woulda been over if Hightower didnt get to em
Superbowl was rigged, Brady is too good and should be banned from football
Jack League either it was rigged or Brady is too good you have to pick man lol
9/11 rigged too? Divot.
I'm so fucking tired of the patriots. Atlanta I feel sorry for your team.
Nintendo3dsblog boo hoo
Nintendo3dsblog go watch college football then you mush
You're tired of greatness? Yea, sustained excellence is fucking boring. Definitely not the most exciting thing to watch in a SB.
What I want to know is, when the patriots started coming back,... did anyone check the air pressure in the footballs on the field, lol?

Kyle Smith no it wasn't. Fucking sore loser
