Being able to slot specific auto-spells would be so much cooler if....there was some actually tactically diverse spells to slot.

It doesn't sound like much, but just being able to utilize instills for offense or defense this time is surprisingly leaps and bounds better than last time....or those moments where you forgot to restock your ninja tools for the 80th time because the last fight took 5 hours...
