1400 में से 196 नहीं पूरे 200 सूत्र है 200 सूत्रों कों अष्टांग सूत्र में बनाया था क्योंकि उन्होंने देखा कि योग बहुत अव्यवहारिक हो रहा था तब ऋषि पतंजलि जी ने योग को एक व्यवहारिक रूप दिया था। यम,नियम,आसन,प्राणायम,प्रत्याहार,धारणा,ध्यान,समाधि-आसन 2500,प्राणायम 105 और समाधि 8 या (27) अवस्थाये अभ्यास में हैं शरीर में 7+2=9 चक्र होते हैं जिसमें 2 शरीर व मन से बाहर होते हैं जो 112+2 तरीकों के छोटा रूप हैं जो आदि योगी ने खोजे,ढूड़े या बनाये थे आज से करीब 15000 हजार साल पहले
सांप में सबसे ज्यादा बोध होता हैं

सिद्धांत सर् , महर्षि पतंजलि का जन्म 2nd सेंचुरी BC होना संभव ही नही है क्योंकि इनके योग सूत्रों पर पर वेद व्यास ने भाष्य लिखा है और वेद व्यास का काल लगभग 5000 वर्ष है इस हेतु से महर्षि पतंजलि का काल 5000 से अधिक वर्ष पूर्व होना चाहिए।

I absolutely love your content sir. Not preparing for any exam i just watch/hear it for the content. Although i do not agree with you about Meditation.
You can't divert your mind and think you are meditating thats what you do all day long when you study you are diverted when you play you think about your ex.
So Meditation from my perspective is being Tottally involved in whatever you do.
If playing play if sitting sit.
Thats what is real meditation.

आप बहुत अच्छी तौर से पतंजलि के जीवन दर्शन के बारे में वर्णन किए लेकिन एक शंका है जो मैं आपके समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूं। मैं समझता हूं कि पतंजलि योग सूत्र में कुल 195 सूत्र है 196 नहीं। पहले अध्याय समाधि पाद में 51 दूसरे अध्याय साधना पाद में 55 तीसरे अध्याय विभूति पाद में 55 और चौथे अध्याय कैवल्य पाद में 34 सूत्र है जो कुल 195 होते हैं। यदि गलत हो तो अवश्य स्पष्टीकरण दीजिएगा।
