You’re right, the ingredients list does look like this would have no flavor lol. Now I wanna make them and see for myself! Thanks for making the requested recipes!
There is a recipe for dill pickle rollups I've made. Thin sliced black forest ham spread with plain cream cheese with a slice of dill pickle on top. Then rollup and stick with a long toothpick. The pickle shoukd bd thin sliced. These are so good. Your BFF just made a party food.
I noticed it taste better with out the taco shell , and just use it as a dip with chips or veggies yummm 😋 one of my families favorite dips I make it all the time 👍
I switched the pickles for very soft canned asparagus and added shredded cheese also. If turned out great. It was for a baby shower brunch. . I do like dill pickles tho so I'm making it your way fir a Christmas party!!
I do one similar. I add chopped bacon, half a pk of ranch dip mix, and a few chopped scallions to it. I don’t bother with dicing the ham, I just mix everything with the cream cheese, spread it on the tortilla and then add some ham slices on top. I also started using the dill pickle relish since it’s super fast, and no chopping it up. 😂
You need to soften the cream cheese and use the real slow speed on your mixer. It spreads so easy and does not change the thickness of the cream cheese in the tortilla when put in frig. I noticed you did not say to refrigerate. The rollups are impossible to cut cleanly at room temp.
See this is solid information! I followed the recipe to a T (that’s what I do in this channel) so I didn’t do your suggestions but these are great! Thank you!
Alright. Question. N these cream cheese recipes, it seems obvious 2 me that cream cheese spread would b a lot easier. Is there some reason u don't use that?
Our family makes pinwheels with a cream cheese jalapeno mixture with slice ham and roll. Thought the same thing.. I'll do spreading or whipped cream cheese. It was not the same! It was greasy tasting. 😢
Great Video thanks so much!!!
We used to add a sharp shredded cheddar cheese to the mix! It takes it up a level
Sprinkle a little sazón goya on it or mix it in with cream cheese.. game changer. You'll thank me later..
Great idea!!

😘😘
My bff just takes ham slices and spreads mayo or cream cheese on them and rolls them around a pickle, but this looks really good!
That’s a lot easier! I should have done that 🙃

That is such a good idea. I wanna try this the next time we do pinwheels!
RecipesTested let me know how it goes. I use a whole packet of ranch for 2 blocks of cream cheese, which I generally do as I make a ton 😂
I hate trying to spread cream cheese! Lol 💙
😂😂 saaaaame!

Ooh that’s a good idea! I didn’t use it because the recipe called for regular cream cheese but next time I make these I will try the spread for sure
