If you like hearing his accent a while he's talking about his garden, you should hear his cooking recipes. I've tried a few of them and they come out really nice and real tasty... And his accent reminds me of my grandfather on my mother's side of the family.
I absolutely love you, Mr. Pasquale. I wish I had known you personally, and that you could have taught me to garden and cook. May GOD bless you with many more years of health, love, happiness, and family. 🙏
What's not to ❤ about Pasquale and his garden. Such TLC for all things, he's blessed with. Such a good, nice man. I love the 🐍 you put in your fig tree. It looks realistic, and how cute, it's eating the fig 😄
I wish my mom was still alive. She would have loved to have seen this video right now. His videos always made her smile and she used to cook some of his recipes.
Love your garden! You make great use of ground around your house to grow food. I also want to compliment you on being so fit and trim. For a man in his 80’s , you look great!
Who doesn't love a walk in the garden. There are meditative videos. This is how I meditate. I loved this. As simple as Pasquale makes it seem, that much garden is hard to plant and maintain. He's a super-gardener. It took me back to my own grandfather's garden. He had huge tomatoes, cucumbers, chives, dill, and black currents (we're Lithuanian). It was like a time machine. Thank you.
Thank you so much! I also enjoy my garden. I just put your Giardiniera recipe in the refrigerator last night, in the brine. I am looking forward to it on some Italian beef sandwich. It will be hard to wait for it to age, once I get the rest of the ingredients in. Grew it all myself, with the exception of the cauliflower. God bless 🫑🌶 🧄😇
Hello, you definitely have a beautiful garden. I love figs, we pick them off the bush and eat too. When I was young my cousin and I ate all the figs off my grandparents fig bush, she was so mad. We got a switchin. Have a blessed evening everyone!
When I was growing up we had a huge veggie garden as did all the neighbors. Our families all cooked using home grown ingredients and my mom canned tons of tomatoes, beans, and other veggies before winter set in. My neighbors were from Italy. The dad sounded like Pasquale. Makes me long for those days! Thank you for sharing your heart and garden with us!!
Pasquale, you are an inspiration to gardeners and cooks. Sir you are absolutely gorgeous, in such great shape mentally and physically. So darn cute...I had to say 🍷Cin Cin
I would kill for those fig trees. I could eat nothing but figs and garden tomatoes for the rest of my life and be happy. Thanks for the tour Pasquale! Love your garden.❤❤❤
Been following for a few years now. You have a fabulous garden. We share the same interest. I'll be planting our first fig-tree late August. Been in a pot 4-years and is ready. Your video are so informative. Thank You for sharing your talent and love for growing home grown Goodness. BLESSINGS❤
Omg it’s so Gorgeous I could pick out so much stuff on that. I make such phenomenal recipes that I’ve learned from you and my Italian heritage. I hope you’re doing well. I miss you cooking, so hurry up back my love to you and your wife and family.❤
hello! Thanks for sharing this video of your garden. It's also great to see you too today! You must spend a lot of time in your gardens, they look amazing.💛
Hi chef so happy to see an upload your garden is absolutely beautiful when you picked up that fig and ate it that’s the way to do it right off the tree nothing more fresh and delicious always injoy watching take care
Thank you for sharing your garden. This reminds me of my father and his huge garden. He grew the best tomatoes with plants up to eight feet tall. He welded stout poles for the tall plants and harvested them on a ladder. Tomatoes remain my favorite food.
I love your garden. I like how you support the tomatoes. Can you post a video about how to winterize your fig trees and how you clean up your garden at the end of the season?
Beautiful garden. My husband does the gardening. We have plum tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, Green peppers. We like herbs so, we have thyme, sage, parsley, and basil. We don't have mint because it can take over. We also save room in our garden for purslane which we mostly eat in salads. We eat a lot of arugula, but for some reason don't grow it. why? I don't know. I forgot to mention our old apple tree planted by my husband's grandfather. His whole extended family would harvest the apples and make the most delicious apple sauce. I wish I knew the variety, but it's an older one that probably isn't around anymore.
Thank you very much. I had to leave my beautiful herb garden when I moved. I think I will start another one next spring. I love your idea for the parsley and cilantro to have it all year round. I live in Suffolk County on Long Island. I think I may be able to do the same. I might give it a try.
Two years ago I was doing some work on a flower bed at the front of my house. I happened to step on what I thought was a weed. The scent it gave off was oddly familiar but it took a bit of research to discover that it was ARUGULA (the little 4-petaled yellow flower was another identifier). I didn't plant it. I have had it in salads at restaurants many times and that is why the scent was familiar. Seems that the seeds were imported in some garden soil that I had delivered and now it sprouts in numerous locations on my property. This summer there was enough to harvest and I made a pesto with the invaders! My sage has gone mad and is now almost a shrub! It has been a rather strange but good growing year.
I can spend the whole day listening to this man talking about his garden with his Italian accent !! The most beautiful thing 🥂🥂👍
The accent is so soothing 😊

We need a collab between him and Gennaro Contaldo!!!
I absolutely love you, Mr. Pasquale. I wish I had known you personally, and that you could have taught me to garden and cook. May GOD bless you with many more years of health, love, happiness, and family. 🙏
