Chef Pasquale...you have no idea how much your videos help me. I am fighting cancer AGAIN for a 3rd time in 6 yrs & in the middle of chemo treatments. I just finished another round of chemo yesterday (4/7/21). Watching your cooking videos helps me get my appetite back & gets me wanting to start cooking after my chemo treatments. Thank you so much Chef Pasquale!!! Much love from Mobile Alabama.
This looks like the best shrimp boil I ever watched on RUclips! Leave it to Pasquale!! That beer sounded great too! Grazie Papa! I will try your recipe.
Is this supposed to be eaten cold? Sitting in ice water for 20 minutes would make one think everything would be cold. Also, what does Jeremy have in his bowl at the end? It looks like rice to me.
"Piatto ricco, mi ci ficco." (I'll drive the delicious plate of food right in.) I'm of Irish-German descent, but Chef Pasquale brings me back to Brooklyn and Queens and all the wonderful Italian-American friends and families I was lucky to know and love.
I’m Italian and my wife is Portuguese and they make this the same way too. That’s where I learned about the full body shrimp with the heads and legs. I don’t even think about it anymore.
Chef Pasquale, I went to amalfi coast 2 yrs ago and your friendly character reminds me of how nice and friendly the people were over there!! Thank you for sharing these recipes! When I was in amalfi I had the best margarita pizza and frozen lemonchello, do u make either one of those??
i love the italian accent and language😘 oh i love the dance too. the food looks delish😋. good company Chef Pasquale and Me some friends and family great food nothing like it only in my dreams.
Orsara, great recipe, maybe you should move to New Orleans and open a split restaurant, 1/2 cajun / southern cooking, and the other 1/2 original italian/sicilian cooking, would be awesome, plus there are very few original italian/sicilian restaurants and you would be a success(would be anywhere) as your food is delicious. Would be a change of pace for many locals and visitors. The only italian restaurants there are mostly chain type restaurants, and their food lacks a lot to be desired. Please come to the states, or open a place and have it operated by a trusted chef, i'm sure you know one. God bless you and yours, btw your" yeah babies" would be a big hit as folks in that area really like spicy peppers, as do I.
He's not Sicilian. He's Pugliese (a region in Italy) also, he is already in the states! Lol From the vehicles in the driveway, look to have New Jersey plates...i believe
@@splash5974 ty, cheers mate, just out of curiousity, could he be visiting relatives, and still living in that region of italy ? I just want him to open a restaurant, lol
Chef.... Awesome job!!!. We used to have these more often in TX. Can't wait for it again. Normally I use Old Bay Seasoning and add as much crab and other shellfish as the pot can old with huge amounts of garden veg and heavy on the peppers. I've never used parsley. I use taragon and bayleaves. I put dried herbs and fresh scallions and peppers and herb butters on the table with large bottles of hot sauce. (It goes great on the cabbage I usually add.). Son to Dad: Eat a shrimp head. Me: I died!😂😂😂😂😂
There is a plant that is called a mosquito plant. I have had them set around my pool they work. I dont know the technical plant name for them but you might try them in pots so you can move them where you need them. They do cut down on the mosquitos they dont like them one bit.
Not sure what made this ex-jersey boy love this more, the cicadas, the mosquitos or the guy mowing his lawn. Oops, wait def the Jersey East Coast Rail Way train. I live in Arizona now, but i miss the Jersey shore this time of year. Salute!
@@OrsaraRecipes Come to Arizona then, no mosquitos, the train is 20 miles away and two blocks away I have De Falco's Market (It's been on Diners, Drive-in and Dives) They even have quanciale! Salut! cin d'anni!
You need to put whole bulbs of garlic in it. Peel the outside paper off but leave the skin on the individual cloves. Also add about 4 more onions... they come out like candy...
And maybe a couple of lobsters, clams, muscles, etc. etc. lol. I’ll load that bad boy up. My feeling is if you’re going to do all that work GO for the gusto !
Spray your legs and arms and neck with OFF.This is a mosquito repellant that folk always used back in the day! It worked very well and would be great in addition to your fan😍
