@@DEINDT Thanks for showing that you have no idea. Frankfurt and especially Dortmund have become complete dogshit atmosphere wise when it is not a big game. Never there would be that much fire in a game between Dortmund and Hoffenheim or Frankfurt and Hoffenheim.

Hey guys: It is Vfl Bochum, not Vfb. Verein für Leibesübungen, assocaition for physical exercises. I recommend to use public transportation to travel around. You will see much more and you'll get in contact with far more people.

This was probably the most important Match of the Season, because sadly, after we beated Bayern München at Home, Months ago, we couldn't win a Match since then. And lost several Games in the last Minutes or even the Extra-Time or it was a Draw. So we are in Danger to relegate to the second german Ligue. So it was sooooo important for us, to win this. You brought us Luck and now you have to come to our Home Matches every Time! :D

Loving your tour of German clubs Ry. I did Hertha Berlin v Bayern many years back and trying to work my way around the ticketing website all in German proved a little tricky but we managed it. Welcome to the Bundesliga… I travel from St.Helens near Liverpool following Moenchengladbach home and away … My first ever football match was Everton v Borussia Moenchengladbach in 1970 and I’ve followed them both ever since .I was actually posted near Moenchengladbach in the RAF between 1985 and 1990.. I love following Borussia and travelling and watching the matches over here .. Fan culture is brilliant here 🇩🇪
Enjoyed the stadium tour at Borussia Park! Always went to what’s left of the old Bokelberg Stadion 🤩🍻 they have a friendship with Liverpool don’t they 👍🏾

It was a real basic ground but had lots of character… When Borussia played in Europe they played at Düsseldorf’s ground for the big games .. Bokelberg held 34,000… Borussia park is 54,000…Starting on May 8th there is an exhibition at Borussia park in the fohlen world museum about Borussia against British clubs .. Worth seeing by all accounts.Liverpool fans come across for games and Borussia fans come across for Liverpool games…

The Bundesliga just seems a class apart from the Premier league. The fact you can have a beer in the stadiums shows the trust put in fans to behave.
The Deutschlandticket let's you use all bus, tram, underground, as well as local and regional trains in all of Germany for €49/calendar month. That way you wouldn't have to worry about parking or drinking. Most German cities have good, reliable local rail although the long distance national rail network isn't as reliable these days.
I always prefer to drive as that way I can visit more stadiums in quicker time 😁 I’m used to public transport being 💩 in England 🙈

Ry, next time ask me for tickets for 1. FC Kaiserslautern.🔴⚪ I'm a clubmember and i get you a ticket. Members get their tickets first, then some days later the non-members can buy a ticket. OK, it's 2nd Bundesliga but against Cologne or Schalke or Hamburg or Berlin the 49.000 is sold out. And also against Karlsruhe. A very important derby, full of "love".

First division game but in terms of external circumstances (home club, away club, stadium, atmosphere, mood, etc.) it is more similar to the third or many fourth divisions. The first three leagues in GER are professional leagues, while the fourth league in GER is divided into regional sectors. Bochum is a nice club in the Ruhr area with neighbors like MSV Duisburg, RW Essen (all similar to Bochum) and of course Schalke and Dortmund. but the fan culture a 5/10. (sorry bochum, aber im revier geht halt anderswo mehr, dennoch seid ihr mir die liebsten im pott, sogar mit abstand). It is of course increased by the stadiums with a capacity of 50k+. It is also questionable that Herbert Grönemeyer (german singer and actor) does not demand any royalties (his 80s hit "Bochum" is something like the stadium anthem, but was also a chart success at the time)
