    I've paid for teams essential, for me that option is not showing when scheduling meeting.. is it because that I've to upgrade my account billing?

      If you are scheduling the meeting through Outlook, you are using the team email for the required section and the meeting is scheduled and you can see it in the calendar of teams then it should work. If it does not then it will either be because of licensing OR you are not using a Class Team.

    Hi. I hosted a webinar and I can't see the attendance tab after the webinar. All I get is the registration list not the attendance list. Any advice?

      if you are the organizer of the Webinar then by opening the webinar from the teams calendar you should see the Attendance tab at the top of the webinar settings page. You must be the person that setup the Webinar though

    In the latest update, the attendance info from previous days doesn't disappear you only need to select the date you want to see, the date is to the left of the download button

    If I schedule the meeting using the e-mail address the attendance tab appears, but if I use the e-mail adress + assign to channel the tab disappears :/

      Yes, unfortunately that is true. As soon as you assign to channel then the schedule is made via channel and the email is seen as a required attendee so the Attendance link is gone. Its like trying to generate 2 different meeting links but for the same meeting which you cannot do as the links are unique.

      @@paphitisn I think the only alternative is tell the admins of my organization to change that parameters you explain in las part of the video. Thanks!

    today is this doable on the admin console, or still need to use powershell ?

      from my admin panel i see the option to enable so most likely you can now enable this directly from the Teams admin panel.

      @@kelennihomori8006 No. Not sure if that is possible as the attendance is managed and seen by the organizers. Not sure if the admin can see the attendance of individual meetings organized by others.

    Hi Nicos,
    Can you please guide me on how to enable webinars on MS Team, I have only two options schedule Meeting and live event

      If you have Live Events then you can have Webinars. If the button is not there then you need to get your administrator to enable Webinar Registration in the policy your account is assigned to. As soon as the setting is enabled you will see the Webinar button available for you to enable webinars.

    Hi Nicos,
    Can you please guide me on how to create a daily basis attendance system on Teams.
    My organization has deployed teachers for remote areas. We want a Teams system that when teachers reach school, they mark their attendance via teams on a specific date and gps location. Is this possible through teams?

      So what you want is a punch card system for teachers to clock in the time and place when they reach a school? No, it's not possible through teams, and I don't know of any app that works through teams to do this.

    I’m looking at this 9/1/22 this feature is not in my Teams version?

      If you can not see it then you need to contact your admin as they have dissabled the ability for you to download attendance reports. Once they enable it from the teams admin centre you will see the attendance button.

    Why is it that only the organiser can see the tab and not the other users?

      Hi there. It is an attendance module so it is only availble to the organiser (teacher).
