      Also Wade Davis is languishing in the Rockies bullpen.

    The Jays in 2016 will be every bit as powerful as last year. I just hope Shapiro doesn't do anything stupid like trade Bautista, Ercarnacion or Tulo. If those three are retained with Donaldson, 2016 will be the same offensively. Just crossing fingers on the pitching. Hopefully Hutchison has a break out year and at least one of Happ or Chavez is solid.

      well it's been 2 years, shaprio said fuck you to edwin, fuck you to bautista (though lets be real that one was kind of deserved after the season he had) hutchison played like shit but we got prospects, and happ was solid but chavez was defintinley not and i wish shaprio could trade tulo

    It's amazing how much can change in only 7 years. In only 7 years, the Royals went from World Champions to being one of the worst teams in the major leagues whereas the Blue Jays are in a strong position to make a return trip to the post season for the first time since 2016.

      Yeah but a small market team like the Royals can’t sit there and be dominant for 10-15 years straight. The fact they drafted and assembled a WS winner and did it all will never be forgotten. Had to sacrifice the future for this and it was worth it.

    Beats Rangers ALDS: Pretends they're the greatest team in history
    Gets defeated by Royals in ALCS: Players hitting garbage cans with their baseball bats in a fit of rage (go to 1:23 to see it).
    And THAT is why the Blue Jays suck. They would be the most classless team in MLB, but thankfully, the Yankees exist.

      ClearSky Productions are you fucking dumb? Ben Révère probably one of the nicest guys in the league hit a cooler because of the god awful strike zone and his frustration not to mention that balk, we faced a good team and we never said we were the best in the league but we thought we had a chance to win considering our lack of success in recent years, and we got completely fucked by the umps

    The strike call on Revere looks bad but the strike zone was wide the whole year for every pitcher, so It wasn't like the umpire was cheating the jays. They still had the MVP up with 2 guys on base; he gets a hit they take the leasd

    For all you Blue Jays fans crying about Revere getting a bad strike call, think about this. The difference between a batting average for 3-1 and 2-2 counts in about .090. That's it. Meaning a bad call decreased his chance of getting a hit by 9%. You're acting like this was some massive series altering play, when it reality only slightly decreased his chance of getting on base.

    • @RandalPlaysTV
      @RandalPlaysTV 8 лет назад +13

      If you haven't noticed 9% means a lot in baseball. That's like the difference between hitting .210 and .300.

    • @joeomalley2835
      @joeomalley2835 8 лет назад +1

      Actually that would be .090. And , Davis has earned that rep to get the call.

    • @jayit6851
      @jayit6851 7 лет назад

      Like Randal said, 9% is ALOT in baseball.

    • @K20EF8
      @K20EF8 7 лет назад +3

      If you really know baseball you wouldn't use batting average to analyze the different counts. You should be using OPS. Reveres OPS is roughly double with a 3-1 count as it is with a 2-2 count. The real clincher though is this: With 1 out and a speedster at 3rd, runner on 2nd. Virtually any ball put into play is going to tie the game. The Jays got absolutely fucked on that 4th pitch to Revere. One of the worst calls In an at bat of that importance that I've ever seen.
      The KC home run was also a joke. That fan CLEARLY reached over the wall and interfered with a ball in play

      @OB - 06GL - Herb Campbell PS (1464) so if the count was 3-1 instead of 2-2 Revere would have got a hit to score two runners, held the Royals scoreless in the 9th, and then won all of Game 7? I think you made a lot of assumptions there.

      Yea take that ump with you too. Davis Balked and balls clearly off the plate called strikes, completely killed the Jays from atleast tying it. That call to Revere that made the AB go from 2-2 instead of 3-1 completely changed the complexation of the AB. And then Navarro AB before, Davis balks, then throws a pitch outside the zone and calls strike. Insult to injury added there. Forget about the so called HR that even the American commentators said wasn't a HR. lol
