It is better to do as in the video And you can change the accuracy in this section It is better to choose 30 meters We want to show that the accuracy can be changed We did this in less than 30 meters
So, what is the purpose to create BT_Thermal file for? because you do radiance correction in the first step, then go to atmostpheric correction, then finally apply this result to calculate LST through the emissivity reference channel.

and for Landsat 5, only have 1 thermal band, how to get LST? due to thermal atmospheric correction need 2 bands
You can introduce 1 thermal band twice to be able to do this way.
