Very useful video, Brian. Although I have WORD, I have never used it to extract images before. Thank you for these other alternatives. Much appreciated.

Why would you not show how to save images in Adobe Acrobat. Some people using Acrobat may not know it has a save as images built-in. You are always showing 3rd party software and in this case Word.

    • @Britec09

If you want to use Adobe Acrobat by all means do so, you can also use photoshop, lots of ways to do it. Show to many, then people complain video is to long. Can't win

In view of the recent massive increase in the cost of Electricity, I'm looking to save money. I already switch electrical items off at the wall when not in use, so they are not wasting electricity on Standby; however, I've been in the habit of leaving my PC running during the day when I'm not using it, including leaving the monitor on, running a screensaver. I'm using a Novatech 600 watt Power Station which is stamped 80 Plus Bronze. Mobo is MSI A88X-G41 PC Mate, with AMD A8-7600 FM2 APU with Radeon R7 Graphics and 16 GB DDR3 RAM. Monitor is LG Flatron L1942PE 5:4 ration screen running at 1280 x 1024 pixels. Not being conversant with such things, I'm wondering how much electricity I'm using when I leave my PC and Monitor switched on for 12 hours per day. I've always been told it's not good to keep switching a computer on and off at regular intervals and many people I know, leave their computers running 24/7, switching off the Monitor when not in use. Maybe you could cover this topic shortly, as I'm sure I'm not the only person thinking about making savings on Electricity. My monthly Direct Debits have just been increased from £80 per month - I'm on Economy 7, as I use Storage Heaters in my flat; one large, one small - to £140 per month, with further increases expected in October. Being a Pensioner on a basic pension, Money is somewhat tight. Any help or advice you can offer, would be very much appreciated.
