If only more parents were like you when bringing their kids shopping and letting them play with the toys. I worked in a superstore for almost three years and the toy section was my nightmare, within minutes of tidying it up it would be ruined again. I'm sure the employees at your local store love you for getting things put back in their place!

Ok you should seriously do a parenting vid! I don’t have kids yet but I feel like I would parent very similar to you! If I was successful lol would love to see a mommy vid with just some parenting tips like how you talk to your kids and teach them to respect things and respond healthily.. or something along those lines! ❤️

In Australia we have garbage bags that are biodegradable and made out of corn so they are all natural
Wish they were alittle more affordable and a range pf sizes though
Kerrie S oh I wasn’t sure if they had bigger sizes 👎🏼👎🏼 We just use the small ones because we have a little bin in an apartment but we get them from coles for $2. You can also use them in compost bins and put them straight into the big green compost bins on the streets, its great ! ❤️

I usually take an empty toilet paper roll and put a few drops of younglivings purification oil or a cinnamon bark or lemon type oil and place that at the bottom of my trash bin with a little baking soda. Helps a lot with the odors and is a great natural alternative to scented trash bags.
Great idea! But don’t you recycle your toilet rolls? Do you put it in the bag or just under you bag in the bottom?
Katie Hope I put it under the bag at the bottom of the bin. I recycle it once I’m ready to swap it for a fresh one.

How nice that Ellie stays asleep the whole time in your carrier! I live 1.5hrs from our main grocery store, and so my newborns always sleep in the car and then don't want to be in the ergo once they're at the store. It makes an hour long grocery shopping trip super stressful when you're just doing everything you can to keep baby happy.

Speaking of coffee, would you recommend your hand grinder? I currently use an electric blade one that creates super inconsistent grinds and I'd like to pick a burr replacement

I love what you do with your kid teaching them to respect and take care of others thing because most people don’t want to take there kids in town because they’re scared they will act up but if you do like your are doing and teaching them young that won’t be a problem 💕💕💕

You're my hero grocery shopping with 3 kids! A few thoughts to share - looks like little Ellie is sitting quite low in the carrier, a sweet babe her age needs to be close enough to kiss so you can make sure airways are clear at all times. And do you own a cast iron frying pan? It's changed our lives! Lol, too much? Anyways, lots of toxins in non-stick, and a well seasons cast iron pan cooks so beautifully and better than non-stick. Keep an eye out for one when you're thrifting!

Grocery shopping is therapeutic for me too! You and me are so much alike in that, so I'm guessing you save money a lot and don't really go out on extravagant outings and things all the time so grocery shopping feels like a fancy outing. And yes I love to socialize with people while I'm grocery shopping

I miss that Superstore 😭 I shop at the Maple Ridge locations because it's closer to me. But I grew up in Mission and only shopped at that one and it was my favourite!!! The layout is seriously the best. Who gets excited about grocery store layouts? Mom's do 😂😂. Also I completely agree!!! Grocery shopping is therapeutic, I find it so relaxing. Especially if I go by myself haha!

You might want to reconsider using a non stick pan if you are worried about chemicals and such. I just got a black steel pan and am loving it!
I like food shopping too! Since it’s been really icy and snowy where I live I’ve been using grocery delivery which is awesome but not quite as therapeutic haha
