One leg comes up .!!. And splayed out to the side when I extend it and let it down.. And the other leg doesn't come up but seems to splay out a little when I let it down.. What exercises can I do... I constantly feel like I look weird in my pants .. like my hips are moves incorrect or something.. And I'm trying to figure it out online because I'm allready so busy with other things
