Wow. I started learning to DJ about 15 yrs ago. In a country like Pakistan there was no concept of DJ schools and this guy's videos was all there was available to me. Today, I can certainly attribute all my DJing skills (transitions, journeys, energy levels, harmony and what not) to his videos. I would strongly recommend everyone willing to to stick to his videos if you want to learn the foundation of DJing, not just learn to copy the shortcuts shown in many of the tutorials going around today.

I am SO happy that I stumbled across your channel today. This was the first video that I watched of yours and I’ve been going through your beginner dj lessons this afternoon and gosh dang it! You explain things in a way that no one else does online with DJing. When you explain what you are doing, IT ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE!!!!!

The best part is that because you have been making videos for so long, you can actually see how the technology has progressed and evolved over the years to where mixers/controllers are now. Your wealth of real knowledge and experience really helped me “connect the dots” so to speak with my journey into mixing music.
I can’t dance on a dance floor anymore so I thought mixing music would be the next best thing to still being able to enjoy, experience and interact with the sounds that made me who I am today.

Hi, I use Rekordbox and they have just stopped using Kuvo which I used to put a mix on RUclips. Can you give some advice on how to move my recorded mix from Rekordbox to RUclips?
