I'm doing this for my younger self, still chasing the dreams she had. I have a lot more to give in this sport and I'm nowhere near finding my limit.

I bumped into your youtube channel while looking for strength workouts for swimmers back in May, fast forward I am doing the olympic distance at London Triathlon in 3 weeks time and already planing to do Ironman 70.3 next year.
