Mine still tells me to replace the toner cartridge. What am I doing wrong. Went thru the steps but still giving me the replace cartridge after the last step
Hello! Sometimes you have to go through the process again and again before it takes. Unplug the printer, let it sit for a minute, plug it in and try again.
