Hi I never knew about that secret menu so thank you very much for the video. I have this exact printer and like it but the issue I have which many also have is the damn Maintenance mode each time or every other time we print. Will this reset fix that issue as well? Its annoying HP cant produce a permanent fix for this. I only want to do maintenance when I think it may need it.

Sounds like you have a defective motherboard. If you purchased the printer recently I suggest returning it where it was purchased for another or get a refund.
