My wife and I were in Hokkaido earlier this year. We had Ippudo ramen, the cheese tarts and we ate at the same “conveyor belt” sushi restaurant. They were all great! We had a good time.

This is SO perfect! i'm in the middle of working on my group's itinerary and i'm going to Hokkaido this coming February for the winter festival. I was in a pinch on where to eat (aside from ramen and genghis khan) especially that my group will be arriving at Sapporo station just after lunch and i'm sure we will famished at that time. Now, i'm contemplating whether to go to the nearby Ramen Alley or heading straight to Nemuro Hanamaru Conveyor Belt Sushi. Kinotoya Bake Cheese Tart will be next regardless of choice.

We specialize in crab cakes in my hometown so I would love to try the crab dishes with a side of corn! The ramen looked to die for!

At Parco Sapporo, clusters of best ramen stalls across Japan are gathered there (can't remember which high floor?) Just follow the crowds.
