@tidechamp15 yes, you'll need an adapter that you can get off Amazon for like $8 that plugs into the stick and then the power cord goes into it. I think I have a video showing the item and process

I cannot figure out how to add anything to favorites. I watched this video but when I’m in the guide I’m not sure what the hamburger button is thus how to get the menu in the side to come up??
A hamburger menu is the 3 or 4 lines you see. On CuePro is at the top of the page on the left hand side. On the remote is on the right hand side. They call it a hamburger menu because it looks like a stable hamburger bun, patty, bun lol
I had to uninstalled my cue streaming and when I reinstalled my Cue it came up as CUE PRO, do you know anything about this new Cue? The channels the same but the screen layout is different
Use the back arrow to go to movies on the left hand side. They are listed by genre such as comedy, action etc. Also if you're looking for something specific you can go into search and hit the blue button, hold it and say what you want. It will take you to it.
It's buffering. Check your internet download speed. You'll need a min of 50 mbs for Cue. Check with your internet provider to see what you're running. I have 500 mbs but test at 285mbs. We have 26 wifi connected devices that draw on the download. It includes printer, wireless surround sound, phones etc.
Are you a current Cue Streaming customer? If not are you asking how to sign up for Cue Streaming? I'm not sure what the M3U download link is. If you're a customer and looking to watch on a phone or computer simply log into your account on the Cue Streaming website

It is November 2023. Has Cue fixed the buffering and instability yet?
Next week everyone migrates to Cue Premium which from what I've seen is a lot more stable. I guess we will see next week lol

I went to my fire stick and restarted it. Everything works great now no buffering.
I’ve given over $360 to Cue Streaming and it still has never worked correctly
can you record from CUE.......like a movie or tv show you want to watch after it came on?
I think so with a flash drive connected to the Firestick BUT Cue is working on a DVR option as well so that might be even better.

Go to the settings and then find EPG which is the electronic program guide. Select update. It might fix the issue.

Yes, they just updated it. It fixes the EPG issues and allows other features. It's a good upgrade. You log in just like before.
How do I get to the on demand list? I see it sometimes, but I can't figure out how I get there.
