Sometimes things get so overwhelming that you need to run away. But don’t forget we still need to look inward and find a way back in. Back in to who we are and why we left in the first place. If you have depression please seek a professional or at the very least reach out so someone close to you. Honestly even a stranger does the trick. Smile even when you can’t.

Tommy I relate 1000% A lot of times I don't feel prepared to come out of hiding (anxiety/depression/isolation) so I DO NOTHING. I get it. I have to do the shadow work I put off tho. I hope your spirit takes it easy tonight. Connect if you want. You’re not alone keepin’ on ✌️
