    These little muscles at the base of the skull are often tight due to being stuck in a forward head posture. When they’re irritated they can lead to nasty headaches 🤬
    Grab yourself a peanut or make your own by putting two balls in a sock and taping it together.
    Place it at the base of the skull and slowly sink into it to target those muscles. You can add in a chin tuck to do an active release approach as well!
