And then the dropoff address wasn't correct either.. they put st instead of ave.. so it was another 10 minutes away

Wait - what?! Insurance company has wrong vehicle covered? No one bothers with those pesky VIN numbers anymore? smdh There should be a mandatory "inconvenient charge" when you gotta deal with stupids.
