Thanks for the video. How do we search email sent from quickbooks. For instance I want to search all invoices and estimates sent to a clients email address. How do I do that? 1:15 on tech support and they could not show me how to do it. Second issue. When we edit a customer information like email address and then hit save. When we re send after correcting an error it reverts back to the old errant email address. Why? And how do we avoid this . I beg for my old desktop version back. Thanks for your help.
The issue I always have with these tutorials is that we never have the same "tab" options. I am trying to search for a statement but I do not have the customer information - just a statement number. When I engage my search tab I do not get the advanced search option, I get an option that says "Go to transactions search". When I go to that it gives me an option to select transaction type but I do not see 'statement' as an option (like I saw in your tutorial). 😔😔😔😔 Is there a way to fix that please?
hi, how come my search is not working. It when i click the icon, the whole screen just turns grey. but i have nowhere to type what i want to look for....in all the navigation tabs is like that....

I’m not sure. It sounds like a software issue or maybe a setting on your computer for pop ups?
