With regard to shirts, I think you should stick to those and get the shoulders altered to your measurements. I had the same problem and smaller sizes had gaping around the bust.

I find it to have a bit of extra fabric on top but since the dress is basically a long t-shirt then I don’t mind it. But notice that this would mean where the tie would hit is going to be different from one person to another.
I have trouble sleeping sometimes and to help me with that i listen to some Asmr clips here on RUclips. Your voice is so mesmerazing so when i have trouble sleeping i will listen to this clip 😌🙌 you have an charming and perfect Asmr voice 🙌😊

Also the shoulder part is generally difficult to fix Never bought at sezane, generally I don't have problem with sizes because I know how to sew and I fix everything haha I really like your way of dressing, very fresh I love it!!
