I worked at Heathrow as an Apron Safety Officer (marshaller ) during the 80s. What laughs we had. Our office was moved from the (?) to Mike 28 next to Air Canada.
I know how planes can be made not to decentagrate when things go wrong.
the Fuselage needs to be molded from one huge solid block of metal, they won't see explosive decompressions unless a door fails. there are a number of advantages with this design. so mold a huge block of steel or some lighter metal and hollow it out to the right shape. no bolts no rivets needed. most of the planes that crash do so because of a jack screw could strip and get a rudder hardover and everyone dies unless you have a very good pilot! but think about this, the Fuselage made from one solid block of metal and you can have hydraulic systems embedded in the Fuselage, no long pipes to risk your life on. I have Ideas that would eliminate many causes of crashes, like how planes get whacked by a strong wind on landing, this can make the plane lean and the engines being destroyed and fire! i have a method that pilots can use in such situations.
