Just came back from that blow hole, watched a big rogue wave crash over that wall, anyone standing where you were would've been knocked down and sucked into the blow hole. As others have been before, those memorials at the site are there for a reason. Keep taking warnings for granted. F*ck around and you'll eventually find out.
You guys have no idea how many tourist die each year because they venture off in search of hidden gems and popular tourist sites near streams and our shorelines. If you dont understand how to read the ocean and mountain weather I recommend having good life insurance. Dont forget to enjoy our islands but always remember to respect it and please remember to not leave your trash around like nobody's business
lol I love this argument. Lets do some math. Hawaii had 9.3 million tourists last year. You say about 2 tourists a month die in Hawaii. Lets double that which means about 52 tourists died last year. So you'd have a .0005% chance of dying in Hawaii as a tourist. Just to give you an idea, that is far lower than the chance you have of dying on any given day as well. So the number you gave is less than the actual chance of you dying on any given day. You may want to check your numbers. "Have no right to be on our land"? Imagine if someone said that in reverse about coming to the mainland or anywhere else. Lol
What a crock of crap!! My wife is from Hawaii and I visit more often then you probly leave your hut and I can assure you that most and I mean MOST of the trash that we see on the side of the road and dumped all over is from the locals who don't want to take the time to properly dispose. SO STFU you are just a fake Island Owner.
Game Hunter without you there would be no trash, we were doing just fine before anyone came. You took our culture, took our lands, took our homes, and still trying to take our Aloha. You brought diseases, bugs, rats, you brought everything that is wrong with Hawaii. We would’ve had a lot more money is we didn’t have to make hotels every year and more and more shit for dumb asses like you. There’s nothing wrong with living off of poi

If you’re looking for a video because you’re going to be traveling to Maui and you’re looking for information, this is not that video. This is just a video of some guy that thinks his wife is pretty and wants to show you lots of pictures of her.

Hi I downloaded your itinerary on the treadmill and then emailed it to myself for my trip this weekend to Maui, but when I got to my computer it says error access denied
all the islands have their own flavor(s)! it would be hard to do multiple islands with just a short visit on each. my favorites are Maui and Kaua'i, but there's plenty to love and enjoy on all of them! the easiest way to decide, maybe, is to determine what you want to do while here, and pick the island that fits that the most (if possible). :)
Maui island it’s so beautiful, Hana it’s spectacular the view so amazing. I lived four years long time ago,it was great memories.Thank you for the video .I hoping see you soon again.
Nice! The colors in your shots look great!! Other videos I've seen left me wondering if I wanted to do the 'Doors Of Helicopter Tour' but I think after watching your video I'm going for it. Hope the footage looks nearly as great as your does. Though I don't own the Canon EOS-1DX Mark II...I'll be using my Canon 6D Mark II instead...great shots! Great post but recommending pizza in Maui Yikes. There are so many more places that I would want to try there. Not Pizza. Although I am an Italian from NYC.
Did you say “for some reason”? Don’t give people who don’t have experience with the ocean too much security to not be careful. Never turn you back to the ocean in Hawaii! Never get close to lava ledges which can collapse into the ocean. And rogue waves can come out of nowhere and sweep you away, which is why they say don’t get too close to edge of the ledges. It’s not “made up to scare you”. Do research and see. Respect the is beautiful and and THE MOST isolated island chain in the world. Enjoy, but be educated. Show the island not the back of your wife walking.
Nice vid. I recently visited Maui in June with my family and absolutely loved it. We stayed at the Westin Ka'anapali. The locals were super friendly and great to talk to. We spent quite a bit of time down in Lahaina... great little town full of excellent shops and lots of great places to eat. The Lahaina grill was impressive albeit pricey. We didn't have Lahaina Pizza but up in Paia was a great brick oven pizza shop (Flatbread Pizza) which was absolutely amazing!!! I'm pretty sure we were at the same "secret waterfall" you spoke of too. We did the Road to Hana with an incredibly awesome guide (Jasmine rocks!!! She was like our Ohana on the island). She showed us all the great stops along the way including a water fall a short hike beyond the frontmost "jumping spot" that most tourists see and turn back from. Snorkeling on the West side of the island was a great add on and a fairly short boat trip over to Lanai for more snorkeling and a beach day was relaxing. Mahalo for sharing your experiences. We call can't wait to head back next year.

Grand. Video sir, I'd appreciate it if you could give me some advice on my planned trip to Hawaii..... So I'm planning to be in Hawaii from Dec 23 till Jan 2nd. It's an 11 hour flight from Virginia, so I'll lose two days in layovers. Do you believe l'll be able to visit Oahu, Maui and the big island...I planned on doing bout 3,3,3 or about 2,3,2 days on each island (TWO flights from the first island to the last island) then taking the last island to fly home. I'm 29 and healthy. I plan to snorkel and hike.. With tours being partaken in as well, do you think this will over exert me or is unrealistic....
Actually...no. You just saw a lot of green spots toward rainforest areas. I just had to fly to oahu for an oral surgeon (common to have to fly there for medical....we lack a lot of specialists) and sure if youre in waikiki its not green but i went to kaneohe, kailua area. The drive was gorgeous and i couldn't believe how much greener and lush it was compared to much of our main highway and west side of maui (very dry). And the north shore on oahu, which i didnt visit, is known to be quite green
Again this dude shows his lack of knowledge about just about everything to do with Hawaii. Their are multiple state and national parks which are no fly zones. The island is small and has multiple small air ports and heli pads. Which are obvious no fly zones but can sometimes sneak up on you, so be cautious of those. I'd reccomend mapping them out with a quick search on Google maps. Their also multiple natural wild life reserves which have 1000 foot "bubbles" around them which make them a no fly zone. The main one to be concerned about is just south of makena. It's called Ahihi-kinau. Pronounced A-hee-hee-kee-now. If you go just past or before it your all good though. Also if you cooking during whale seasons you should look up the regulations on that. Definitely some rules with trying to shoot near them. I'm not 100 percent on those though.
Sad that people like you thinks that because you came and visited our home your a selfmade tourguide. Wow, I'm hardly able to listen to the video due to all of the locals butchering it in the comments, from what I watched he is just giving advice on fun places to go to, and half the comments are locals getting pissed because he isn't pronouncing the stuff right, but honestly, if your just having fun making video to show the beauty of an island like this and some fun things to do, I don't see why it really matters, he is not use to pronouncing Hawaiian words. If I ever come to Hawaii, remind me not to make a video on it, I don't want Hawaiian locals mad at me.
