I like the silver era because it is a natty era where they just got bench press equipment and squat equipment. Very contradicting though my favorite bodybuilder is mike mentzer because of some personal relatability. My strongest lift is my squat next one up is pullup/latpulldown relative of course, and my best body part is back abs or legs.
@@The_weakest_influencer yup especially how with social media more popular than before with their training methods not that long ago Mike Mentzer's one set training method exploded on the internet. The Buff Dudes did a RUclips video giving their thoughts on Mike Mentzer's training method.
Which era and bodybuilder is your favorite? What is your strongest lift and best body part?

This was a brilliantly put together video. I'd happily sit through an extended version of this. I love the history of body-building. Great work!
Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed it!
This stuff fascinates me too 💪🏾
No such thing as Social Media influencer back then they bought bodybuilding Magazines or books. Whatever resource was available.
