I had a Chinese scooter broke down on me once . Couldn't figure out the problem . Come to find out I'd bought one of those fancy orange coil wires , the metal part that snaps on spark plug had broke . Lesson learned .
Thanks for the advice but i wanted to add to your troubleshooting as though i am an electrician, instead of just replacing parts until it hopefully starts, is there a way to test some of these components, i understand the spark plug and i think i got mine narrowed down to voltage regulator cause im getting power out of my stator. Any suggestions?
Can anyone please tell me the name or any info on this ATV??. I have the same 125cc ATV and trying to order parts but dont know what brand to get. Any help is much appreciated...
After all that I still have no spark i get 1 spark when I hit the starter if the wiring harness is hooked to battery negative but soon as I hook battery negative to frame I lose all spark....any thoughts
@@againsthell1908 Got a brand new stator and still wouldn't work, notices all the wires weren't in the right place in the plug. After fixing that, I finally got spark.
I got one of theses for my kids bran new they rode it twice now it won't start 2000 down the drain and no one can fix it peace of shit don't waste your money on these and my neighbor got the same one as me on the same day and the same thing two new atv sitting there rotting.
I'm still waiting for my mco/mso/dot, so I can register my (TBR7D) it's been 3 months, once they sell a product they don't do any other communication or paper work they don't answer phones, or emails, they can tell if your on their "DO NOT TALK TO" list, total scammers buyer beware

Sounds like the stator. They smoke when going out. Maybe even the voltage regulator.

Took off stator cover and there was a wire that came unsoldered on the stator hit with the iron real quick put it back together and she came alive

I've replaced all of the wiring and parts on my kids 110 atv and still not getting any spark
Then your stator is bad
