How lovely! This is a great masterclass. Yes, show us that you love to suffer, that love is a treasure you’re earnestly in search for, and that love is what we all want.
Beautiful sound from a beautiful young talent and an excellent instructor. Like fine tuning a Rolls Royce Merlin engine in a British Supermarine Spitfire! Thank you! Mike Kelly, San Angelo, Texas
good job. thanks for sharing. I love this song. 1st time I heard it (it was ) on waldo de los rios album where he played Mozart in pop/rock fashion. I like the lady teacher too. she's right... the young girl is going to marry and wonders about love...
@@1waydownn It's the view that clear critique is negative or mean that is one of the reasons of the decline of operatic voices. These singers are not displaying voices on the right track that are developing, they are displaying voices taught bad technique. If they continue on their path, they will ruin their voices. The usual arrogant, vicious and always untrue comments of a 3rd class tenor who really thinks he is the messiah of singing. Not only pathetic but very, very sad.
Voice and singing is OK. But her body performance doesn't fit. Too much force and tension. In some parts it looks like she is performing some "Russian Operetta".
@@chipichipichapachapa733 Here I agree w/ Papa. A voice like that should _study_ Mozart arias. It's about what you _learn_ musically and vocally even if Mozart doesn't turn out to be ones main Fach. Besides maybe she's a Vitellia in embryo (or an Elettra?)

He's a violinist, why the hell would he be teaching a soprano how to sing opera? He has no idea how to sing himself, he's in no way the master of this field. What a weird thing to say.
I know little about classical music but that made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Utterly beautiful!
I am so impressed with so much young talent. We have a bright musical future ahead of us.
Lovely voice. Not sure it's Cherubino. Excellent teacher and she is an attentive responsive learner. Great masterclass.
Très belle interprétation. Bravo. ❤❤❤

So interesting to watch, and what an amazing student to be able to take the feedback and improve on the spot without crumbling. Amazing.
Without crumbling? Let crumbling alone, first thing to control is the urge to jump over the old naggy lady and strangle her.
Great singer and the lucky young woman has Isokoski to teach her!
Nagyon érdekes. Nem is tudtam, hogy egy előadás ennyi felkészüléssel jár.
Beautiful, Krásný, this lady has a great voice and technique. Greetings from the UK

Shoulders, neck and jaw in constant tension. Her vibrato is a tremolo. She is artificially darkening her voice.
Why are your comments all negative? These are all students LEARNING. Jesus give them a break. I'm so tired of seeing your negativity.

Too bad. Flicka von Stade brings tears to my eyes with this song. This girl doesn't do it for me. She doesn't pronounce the words fully
True. She using too much grand vibrato. Flicka knew/knows when to tone it down

or kerubino must have been sent to the russian front, she's right then 🤣
With that voice, I wish she had picked a more interesting aria....
The masterclass is mainly for the students not for the audience‘s entertainment. I wish you would have made a more interesting comment...
@@Bumblebeebeebee I think she would learn more from more suitable repertoire. But this was filmed 2 years ago anyway...

Интересно девки пляшут. Импрувмент
die Arie ist überhaupt nicht einfach und offensichtlich war sie Mozart sehr wichtig
This is a simple song. If singers feel they need a "masterclass" they first must search for a real proven "master" like for example Andre Rieu.
😂😂😂 what? That’s a joke, isn’t it?
