    Thanks for posting, the more scientific information we can get on RLT the better, especially when it gives practical guidance on most effective usage, like this. 👍

    Brilliantly put together video. I can forward this to clients to help them understand the potential benefits of systemic irradiation from the intranasal, full body and other devices I use.

    I bought the AG-1485 and use a fan while treating to make sure my skin does not heat up. It works perfect so thanks for the tips prior.

    Very interesting. I've been looking at cheap eBay red light torches and thought they may not be powerful enough, but maybe they are more effective than an expensive panel when held close to, or on the skin for targeted therapy as well as systemic benefit via the blood etc.
    I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia and the inefficiency of the ATP/mitochrondia system is suspected as a big part of the cause of symptoms.
    I saw Gary Brecka talking to Joe Rogan about the mitochrondia system having a 1:16 ratio at optimum level, down to 1:1 at low health level.

    Nice video, as are all of your videos on this topic. I was wondering since you have spent a lot of time testing out the many different devices, what do you think about trying to build your own LED device? There are videos online that show you how, but it helps if you have some experience in electronics. It just seems so much less expensive to buy the LED bulbs yourself at a fraction of the cost, and of course the other parts you need. I've seen LED bulbs at 950 nm sell for $10 for 100 bulbs. Obviously, this wouldn't have all the bells and whistles of the devices that run over $1,000, but if all you're trying to do is get the light penetration into the right depth, could it be worth a try?

      As you mentioned, unless you already have the tools and spare parts and experience with electronics; ordering a panel from Alibaba is usually cheaper and better than DIY. Even with DIY you need to order most of your parts from Alibaba anyway to really save costs. There are some instructions online to put red LED strips inside a bucket for the brain, and I wrote some Instructables for a simple red light therapy project years ago. So if you want to get into electronics hobby then LED projects are a good way to start.

      @@gembaredllc9115 - Thanks. I went back and watched your video from July of 2019, that's pretty simple. Had to be less than $50 for all parts, right? I'm curious, do you ever use that anymore, and did you get good results from it? If not, are you getting better results from the more expensive devices you have tested? If so, would that be because of the power involved? The above video showed Dr Hamblin talking about power, I thought he said it didn't matter, but maybe I misheard or got it mixed up with wavelength. I just found your channel, so I'm new to this. I'll try to watch more of your previous stuff.

    I have the gemBared Beacon Panel. Can I use it in direct contact with the skin? How can mitigated the EMF risk if I use it for the contact method?

    • @gembaredllc9115
      @gembaredllc9115  9 месяцев назад +3

      The Beacon panel and most of our small and medium sized panels are low EMF that can be used on the skin. Start with just 3-5 minutes per area on the skin with the Beacon.

    Hey gembared, do you have any information on safety, usage, spectrometer readings on using reptile bulbs for uvb&uva for different brands (ex. Zoomed 160w mercury bulb, 24w bulb, 160w exo terra sun-glo, etc.)? I couldn't find much research on this subject in regards to these bulbs and usage for light therapy; i seen you did a video on creating your setup, but not too much depth and detail. It'd be cool to see a blog &/ video from you on it.
