These two are amongst my favorite b-sides from Dreamcatcher. Wonderland has such a strong R&B vibe and I love it. I love that July 7th has kind of a Caribbean vibe to it. Handong (the member that sings "I missed you so much") has such a unique voice and I really think this song suited her well. I loved that she got so many parts on this song. I think I recommended this song before but if you haven't checked out "And There Was No One Left" I think you'd really enjoy it. It's another awesome b-side with soft vocals and a nice but simple special clip. I think Dami's voice will surprise you in this one as well. Another good b-side is "Jazz Bar" the name is kind of self explanatory but in this song the group sings about the moment that you make eye contact with a singer at a Jazz Bar lol. Btw Dami's name is pronounced "DAH-me" Dreamcatcher really are underrated in Korea and they deserve a first win. They have such duality and range when it comes to their music. They literally have a song for all types of music listeners, no matter the genre. It's always nice to see new people get into Dreamcatcher and become Insomnias. It's been fun watching you on this Dreamcatcher journey and I hope to see more Dreamcatcher reactions from you soon (: Also if you're interested in getting to know more about Dreamcatcher, their history, and what they are like outside of performances there are guides that explain these things that are available on youtube. For example they originally were a 5 member group called Minx before they added 2 more members and re-debuted as Dreamcatcher. The guides do contain spoilers though if you haven't listened to much of their music. And they are a bit lengthy depending on which one you watch (of course the longer ones have more information) so it's understandable if you don't have the time to record a reaction to it, but it is a good watch and very informational if you want to learn more about them. Also I would also recommend watching the "This is" series by Insomniscy. It's a playlist of short videos that tell you a little about each member.

@@SashaArella On the pronunciation thing, I always recommend to anyone who's into K-pop that it's well worth taking some time to learn the Korean alphabet, Hangeul, even if you don't intend to learn the language itself. Pronunciation in Korean (while there are some quirks) is generally pretty consistent, so if you can read, for example, an idol's name in its native Hangeul, then you'll immediately know how to pronounce it. dreamcatcher \:D/ although some of dreamcatcher's songs can be interpreted as a love song, it's not intended to be once you view them in the context of their discography. as another comment mentioned, july 7th is actually a story about lovers from across the galaxy who can only see each other on that date. in the context of dreamcatcher's lyrics, it's about them and their fans, insomnias. every dreamcatcher album has a ballad type song for/about insomnias. the vast majority of dreamcatcher's fans are international so most likely they will only be able to see fans from each country once a year on their world tours. this is why july 7th is often sung as the last song before their encore at concerts, as a promise to meet again. the reference to the sky and celestial bodies is also to identify a common connection between them and fans - no matter how far they are apart, both are under the same sky and can connect by looking at the same star/moon/etc in the sky. although it has more rock elements, one song I'd like to recommend is 'full moon' which is an anniversary fan song gifted on their first anniversary as a group. again it's a simple video with them performing a choreo, but musically it's one of their best songs with great lyrics. just hope you can get pass some of the rock instrumentation in it :D

You should check out A heart of sunflower which is their only intended to be love song. It's more of a heartache song tbh. Poison love was their only other dramatic love song but they took the song and parodied it by making Handong the heartbreaker and all of them hilarious dating game love interests who get their heart broken. Usually their love songs are more about fans too.
If you want more slower songs like this, you can check Emotion, Lullaby, Polaris and A Heart of Sunflower. But at this point, you might as well start do album listening reaction as well 😆

B-SIDES! 😁 Never thought you'd hear a reggae song from a K-pop girl group, did you? lol. These two songs are staples among their B-sides, for sure. Wonderland is probably my favorite of the two. Unfortunately, it's because the story behind July 7th breaks my heart every time. Basically, in Korean folklore (China and Japan have their own version too), there is an immortal couple that are only allowed to meet on July 7th. The entire day they fight with what hurts more, having to wait another year or knowing that one day will eventually end. Like, for real though. It's so sad. 😭😭😭 Part of the lore is if it's raining on July 7th, it's because of the crying mentioned in the lyrics. Red Velvet has a song called "7월 7일 (One Of These Nights)" (7월 7일 meaning July 7th) whose lyrics are about this and with the ballad-like/slow R&B sound of Red Velvet and their voices, I have a REAL hard time holding it together. So, don't feel bad for getting hit by the lyrics in this song. They are legitimately incredibly sad. lol In my opinion, if you need/want to react to anyone else, do what you've got to do. lol. However, I hope you get to check out "Sahara" soon. I know I've said this before, it's a rock song, BUT it's a self-made MV that easily makes it worth watching. Alternatively, you could check out the "Poison Love" self-made MV. "Poison Love" is a chill EDM song. The premise is that everyone is in love with Handong and fighting for her attention. Red Velvet/SM never officially confirmed it, but it's essentially a very artistic display of different perspectives from the Sewol ferry disaster in 2014. Not sure if you saw one of the replies in another comment, but I was wrong about 7월 7일 meaning exactly July 7th in Korean since they're on the Lunar calendar.
