In Korea, the festival falls on the 7th day of July (if I remember correctly), this festival is about a star named Vega and a shepherd man named Altair. They fell in love with each other and forgot their respective duties, it made the sky god angry until they finally separated them. But because the god felt pity, finally allowed them to meet once a year. Also this song represents what the members feel for insomnia, just like their ballads so far. This song is inspired by the story of Vega and Altair.
