Seventeen is the type of group that really does not make bad songs. They always come through and deliver to those waiting for them. So even if you didn’t vibe with some of the songs immediately, that was only a snippet of them that you heard. Once you hear the full songs and maybe listen to them more than once, you’ll fall in love with them one by one. Their b-sides are so good too. But ya even if some of the songs aren’t your cup of tea, you’ll end of appreciating them anyways because of how good they still sound despite not liking them as much as some others. And you also have those songs that are a must watch with the choreo because the choreo with the song just adds even more spice.
After all its a saying in caratland. You don't go to seventeen. Seventeen finds you when you need them the most.

I really don't know your taste in music but Seventeen have an amazing bsides it would be amazing if you can check them out.They've been exploring different sounds and genre all these years and also they have their own unit songs and its all great in my opinion. Most carats (that I know) favorite songs of them are not the titles but their bsides. They have so much songs in their discography. Thank you for reacting🥰

Only very few groups have been called to sing live on dingo killing voice and seventeen is one of them, they are indeed the most complete group of kpop. Also all these songs are produced by woozi and members always have writing credits in the songs. They also officially hold the self producing idol title to themselves:)

when u say mostly their song using korean title, i suddenly remember, a youtuber commented on how kpop song usually have english lyrics to be accessible to more global audiences, but with svt you'll notice they'll use korean words where normally eng would be used. "lemme drop the eumaak" "uri-neun drop it like hot" "everybody ttaejang"
it's almost like they are reclaiming these sentences. like you dont need english sentences to reach people.
When they made HIT; they said they initially went with “Let me drop the music” but the word ‘music’ in English didn’t sound as impactful as ‘eunmak’ LOL

and 지금 널 찾아가고 있어 (Run To You) is a b-side of the album where THANKS was the title track
Although their songs are not that much experimental (most of the people like them in the first listen) but still their music type is the type that will grow on you even more on the second and third listen. For example somewhere you will hear the song that you said “Eh... not bad” on the first listen but you’ll be like “Omg what was the name of this song again? it’s so good”. that familiarity will make you love the song even more, if that makes sense. (at least this was what happened to me 😅)

Also, just like the way ur 3 fave songs are so much diff to each other, that’s also how diverse svt’s music is. Diving into their b-sides is even better since they self-produce n the choreos from perf unit songs are usually choreographed by themselves…even their ot13 songs, they usually have input into the choreos they make. And am not exaggerating when i say that every performance is different bcoz they re-arrange the songs n add hidden spoilers from their unreleased songs to the song they’re performing that’s alrdy out n they’re not afraid to tell their stylists what they also wear for the performances. I think it was back in 2020 that they didnt repeat any song for the end of the year shows! And even if they did perform the same song, it’s completely different from each other!
Honestly, u can tell they love their job-performing, making music n making ppl feel emotions thru their music n performances…

Very Nice is mostly their endless encore stage during their concert that is mostly played 20 minutes or an hour. It becomes a representative of their songs, if Very Nice is already played, expect an endless Very Nice.

i understand about their music sometimes isnt so catchy at the first listen but it gets better everytime u listened to it again and again and i recommend their b-sides cause there, u know how they have lots of genre that u can get hooked with.

aaaah yayayay i'm so happy you watched !! omg i do hope you check them out more i think you would like their bsides since their bsides show a different side of them and the songs that they performed here were mainly tts and popular bsides !! maybe one day you would get more into them you probs need to listen to more of their music. i would say listen to face the sun album or wait until their repackage comes out and maybe you would have a different opinion but at the end of the day it's just musical preference 😁 i think that even if you don't vibe with all their songs their dance practices always a must cause their choreos are just absolutely insane and not just because it's 13 ppl in synch

for me, their B-sides are tasteful haha. their title tracks are good but for me there's a lot of hidden gems on the albums.
